An Act Further to amend the Maharashtra Co-operative

Societies Act, 1960.

Mah. WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Co-operativeSocieties Act, 1960, for the purposes hereinafter appearing ; it is hereby enacted XXIV of 1961. in the Seventy-fourth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :— Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2023. भाग आठ---४४--१ (१) २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग आठ, जून ७, २०२३/ज्येष्ठ १७, शके १९४५ 2. In section 73AAA of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (hereinafter referred to as " the principal Act"), in sub-section (3), in the Mah. XXIV of 1961. first proviso, the words "imposition of lockdown in the State in view of the Amendment of section 73AAA of Mah. XXIV of 1961. Covid-19 pandemic," shall be deleted. 3. In section 78A of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), the fourth proviso shall be deleted.
