NOTIFICATION
No. TPS-2823-343-CR-100-2023-UD-30.—
Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Urban Development Department NOtification No. TPS- 2617-CR-53-2017 (A)-UD-12, dated the 23rd April, 2018 in exercise of powers conferred by Section 113 (1A) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah.XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, had declared the areaa of Mauze Mund Mali (Part Area), Mauze Mund Nishankrao (Part Area), Mauze Mund Hindurao (Part Area) of Taluka Nandgaon Khandeshwar of Amravati Regional Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notified Area"), as "a New Town" (Krushi Samruddhi Kendra) and also appointed the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation as "a New Town Development Authority" to develop the area mentioned in Annexure-2, an- nexed therein;
And whereas, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation has requested the Government to denotify the said Notified Area vide its Marathi letter No. द्धन्न्ह्यम्द्ध-ह्यम्ह्य-२०२३-७४४, dated the 02nd May, 2023;
And whereas, after making necessary enquiry and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune, the Government is of the opinion that, the said Notified Area should be denotified from the New Town development Authority (Krushi Sammruddhi Kendra) notified area of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation;
