No. PL(APP)/Steno/2023/8791-8427.—The following Personal Assistants to the Hon'ble Judge mentioned in Column No. 3 working on the establishments, mentioned against their names at Column No. 4 and candidates on the Select List for the post of Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge are hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge" in the Pay Matrix S-26 : 82200-211500, on the establishment mentioned against their names at Column No. 5 with effect from 4th December, 2023 or from the date they assume charge of the said post, purely on temporary/ad-hoc basis, subject to the result of litigation/ representation whether pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge are/would be challenged.
