No. Rule/P. 1616/1/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4 of the Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at the High Court of Bombay (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2014 and in partial modification of the earlier High Court Notification No. Rule/P.1616/2021, dated 17th June, 2021 regarding constitution of " The Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee" to deal with the complaints if any, of Sexual Harassment of any woman at workplace, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to re-constitute " The Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee" for the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, at its Principal Seat at Bombay as under :—
