Whereas, Sections 231, 376 and 376(a) of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, as well as Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Street Vending Regulation) Rules, 2016, empowers to Commissioner, Amravati Municipal Corporation to declers Hawkers Zone and No-Hawker Zone in Muncipal limit.

Where as development plan of Akot Municipal Council has been sanctioned by Government of Maharashtra through urban development vide it's letter no.TPS-2518-1392-Case No. 118-2018, Dated 3rd December 2018.

PUBLICATION OF LIST OF MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES IN DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF RALEGAON U/S 28(4) OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL & TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966

NOTICE

No. NPR-WS-PWD-575-2023.—

Whereas, Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat, being Planning Authority, has published, the Draft Development Plan of Ralegaon u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated 4th January, 2023 for inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Amravati Division, Supplement part1-A dated ' 4th January, 2023.

And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on 21st December, 2023.

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning to make Committee accepted it, and passed Resolution No. 4 dated 12th December, 2023 to make modifications/changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act,

And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as perf section 28(4) of the said Act,

"Now, therefore, the list of modifications/changes made u/s 28(4) of the Act, by the said Planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-'A' As per the provisions of said Act for information of the public. The said Draft Development Plan showing the modifications/changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of 30 days.
