Whereas, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide there Notification No. TPS-2298- 443-CR-102-98-UD-09, dated 25th October, 2001 sanctioned, part of the Development Plan of Mul, has come into force from dated 15th December, 2001 and Excluded parts of the said Development Plan sanctioned vide Government Notification No. TPS-2414-99-CR-58-2014-UD-09, dated 10th March, 2015.
The Municipal Council, Mul proposed to make minor modification in the aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan under Section 37(1) of The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The Details about proposed minor modification are as below.—

The objection or suggestion if any received within above period will be considered before submitteing to the proposal to the Government for Sanction.
