क्रमांक १३८०/२०२४.--- ज्ााअर्थी, जामखेड नगरपरिषदेने, तिच्ाा अधिपत्ााखालील क्षेत्राची, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक निाोजन व नगररचना अधिनिाम, १९६६ चे कलम २१ (२) चे अनुषंगाने कलम २३ (१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार प्रारूप विकास ाोजना, जामखेड ताार करण्ााचा इरादा ठराव क्रमांक १९, दिनांक २६ डिसेंबर २०१८ अन्वो जाहीर करून त्ााबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, नाशिक विभागीा पुरवणी, भाग-१ मध्ो दिनांक ७ ते १३ ेब्रुवारी २०१९ रोजी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे;

आणि ज्ााअर्थी, उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा कलम २४ च्ाा तरतुदींस अनुसरून जामखेड नगरपरिषदेने तिच्ाा अधिपत्ााखालील क्षेत्रासाठी प्रारूप विकास ाोजना, जामखेड ताार करण्ाासाठी सहााक संचालक, नगररचना, अहमदनगर शाखा, अहमदनगर ाांची "नगररचना अधिकारी" म्हणून आदेश क्रमांक १९, दिनांक २६ डिसेंबर २०१८ अन्वो नेमणूक केली आहे ;

आणि ज्ााअर्थी, उक्त अधिनिामातील तरतुदींनुसार, नगररचना अधिकारी तथा सहााक संचालक, नगररचना, अहमदनगर शाखा, अहमदनगर ाांनी उक्त अधिनिामाचे कलम २५ अन्वो विमान जमीन वापर नकाशा ताार केल्ाानंतर, उक्त क्षेत्राची उक्त प्रारूप विकास ाोजना ताार करून ती उक्त निाोजन प्राधिकरणाकडे उक्त अधिनिामाचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वो प्रसिद्ध करण्ाासाठी दिनांक १७ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी हस्तांतरीत केली आहे ;

आणि ज्ााअर्थी, उक्त निाोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त अधिनिामाचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वो उक्त प्रारूप विकास ाोजना व जनतेकडून सूचना / हरकती मागविण्ााकरिता प्रसिद्ध करण्ाासाठी प्रशासकीा ठराव क्रमांक ५३, दिनांक १७ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी पारित केलेला आहे.

त्ााअर्थी, उक्त निाोजन प्राधिकरण उक्त प्रारूप विकास ाोजना, विकास ाोजना अहवालासह उक्त अधिनिामाच्ाा कलम २६ (१) अन्वो नागरिकांकडून सूचना / हरकती मागविण्ाासाठी प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे. सदरहू ाोजनेसंबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजाच्ाा दिवशी र्कााालाीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्ाा अवलोकनार्थ खाली नमूद केलेल्ाा र्कााालाात उपलब्ध आहेत.

उक्त प्रारूप विकास ाोजनेतील तरतुदीसंबंधी नागरिकांच्ाा काही सूचना / हरकती असतील तर त्ाांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्ाा दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्ाा आत मुख्ााधिकारी, जामखेड नगरपरिषद ाांचेकडे लेखी स्वरूपात कारणांसह पाठवाव्ाात. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्ााच्ाा दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत नगरपरिषदेकडे प्राप्त झालेल्ाा सूचना / हरकती विचारात घेतल्ाा जातील.

उक्त प्रारूप विकास ाोजनेचे नकाशे व तपशिलाच्ाा प्रती ाोग्ा शुल्क आकारून जामखेड नगरपरिषदेच्ाा र्कााालाात नागरिकांना उपलब्ध होऊ शकतील.

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Jamkhed under Section 26 (1) of Maharashtra Regional

Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966.

NOTICE

No. 1380/2024.– Whereas, the Jamkhed Municipal Council vide Resolution No. 19, dated 26th December 2018 had declared it's intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Jamkhed for the area under it's jurisdiction, as per the provision of Section 23 (1) read with Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966 and notice to that eﬀect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Nashik Division Supplement, Part-1 on dated 7-13 February 2019;

and whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Resolution No. 19, dated 26th December 2018 has appointed Assistant Director of Town Planning, Ahmednagar Branch, Ahmednagar as "Town Planning Oﬃ cer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan of Jamkhed for the said area;

and whereas, the Town Planning Oﬃ cer and Assistant Director of Town Planning, Ahmednagar Branch, Ahmednagar after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the Draft Development Plan of Jamkhed and has handed it over to the Jamkhed Municipal Council on dated 17th January 2024 for publication under Section 26 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act, 1966;

and whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 53, dated 17th January 2024 to publish the Draft Development Plan of Jamkhed under Section 26 (1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions / objections from the public;

Therefore, Jamkhed Municipal Council hereby publishes the Draft Development Plan of Jamkhed alongwith the Report under Section 26 (1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions / objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following oﬃ ces on all working days during oﬃ ce hours.

1. The Chief Oﬃ cer, Jamkhed Municipal Council, Jamkhed, district Ahmednagar.

2. Assistant Director of Town Planning, Ahmednagar Branch, Ahmednagar

The suggestions / objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Oﬃ cer, Jamkhed Municipal Council, Jamkhed within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions / objections received by the Municipal Council within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the oﬃ ce of Jamkhed Municipal Council.
