बाल न्याय (मुलांची काळजी व संरक्षण) अधिनियम, २०१५.
क्रमांक बाकस-२०२३/प्र.क्र. ११७/का-३.---- ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, बाल न्याय (मुलांची काळजी व संरक्षण) अधिनियम, २०१५ (२०१६ चा २) मधील कलम २७ च्या पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून शासन अधिसूचना, महिला व बाल विकास विभाग क्रमांक २०२२/प्र.क्र. ४४(२२)/का-०३, दिनांक २ जून २०२३ (ज्यास यानंतर ""उक्त अधिसूचना"" म्हणून संबोधले आहे.) अन्वये जळगाव जिल्ह्यसाठी बाल कल्याण समिती गठित केली आहे. (ज्यास यानंतर " उक्त समिती " म्हणून संबोधले आहे.) आणि उक्त अधिनियमान्वये काळजी व संरक्षणाची गरज असलेल्या बालकांसाठी समितीला प्रदान केलेल्या शक्ती व कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये विहित केल्यानुसार अध्यक्ष व सदस्य यांची उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये नमूद कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिसूचनेन्वये, श्रीमती देवयानी मनोज गोविदवार, यांची उक्त समितीवर अध्यक्ष म्हणून तर श्रीमती विद्या रविंद्र बोरनारे, श्रीमती वैशाली सुर्यकांत विसपुते, श्री. संदीप निंबाजी पाटील व श्रीमती वृषाली श्रीपाद जोशी यांची उक्त समितीवर सदस्य म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त श्रीमती देवयानी मनोज गोविदवार, अध्यक्ष आणि श्रीमती विद्या रविंद्र बोरनारे, श्रीमती वैशाली सुर्यकांत विसपुते, श्री. संदीप निंबाजी पाटील व श्रीमती वृषाली श्रीपाद जोशी यांच्या विरुद्ध चौकशी करण्यात येऊन ते उक्त अधिनियमान्वये त्यांना प्राप्त अधिकारांचा गैरवापर केल्याकारणास्तव दोषी आढळले आहेत आणि उक्त अध्यक्ष व सदस्यांची नियुक्ती समाप्त करणे शासनास इष्ट वाटते.
आता, त्याअर्थी, बाल न्याय (मुलांची काळजी व संरक्षण) अधिनियम, २०१५ (२०१६ चा २) च्या कलम २७ च्या उप-कलम मधील खंड (i) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन श्रीमती देवयानी मनोज गोविदवार, यांची उक्त समितीवर अध्यक्ष म्हणून तर श्रीमती विद्या रविंद्र बोरनारे, श्रीमती वैशाली सुर्यकांत विसपुते, श्री. संदीप निंबाजी पाटील व श्रीमती वृषाली श्रीपाद जोशी यांची उक्त समितीवर सदस्य म्हणून करण्यात आलेली नियुक्ती समाप्त करीत आहे.
महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने, २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग चार-अ, जानेवारी २५, २०२४/माघ ५, शके १९४५ WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT 3rd Floor, New Administrative Building, Madam Cama Road, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 25th January 2024.
NOTIFICATION
JUVENILE JUSTICE (CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN) ACT, 2015.
No. CWC-2023/CR-117/D-3.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Women and Child Development Department, No. CWC-2022/CR 44(22)/D- 3, dated the 2nd June 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), read with rule 15 of the Maharashtra State Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2018, constituted a Child Welfare Committee for Jalgaon District (hereinafter referred to as " the said Committee ") for exercising the powers and discharging the duties conferred on it in relation to child in need of care and protection under the said Act and appointed Chairperson and four Members thereof as specified in the said notification for the period specified therein ;
And Whereas, by the said Notification, Smt. Devayani Manoj Govidvar, has been appointed as a Chairperson and Smt. Vidya Rajendra Bornare, Smt. Vaishali Suryakant Vispute, Shri Sandip Nimbaji Patil and Smt. Vrushali Shripad Joshi has been appointed as Members of the said Committee ;
And Whereas, after holding an inquiry against Smt. Devayani Manoj Govidvar, Chairperson and Smt. Vidya Rajendra Bornare, Smt. Vaishali Suryakant Vispute, Shri Sandip Nimbaji Patil and Smt. Vrushali Shripad Joshi, the Members, they have been found guilty of misusing the powers vested in them under the said Act and as such the Government considers it expedient to terminate the appointment of the said Chairperson and the said Members ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (7) of section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), the Government of Maharashtra hereby terminates the appointments of said Smt. Devayani Manoj Govidvar, as the Chairperson of the said Committee and Smt. Vidya Rajendra Bornare, Smt. Vaishali Suryakant Vispute, Shri Sandip Nimbaji Patil and Smt. Vrushali Shripad Joshi as Members of the said Committee.
