(ग) छत्रापताी सींभाजीनांगर दिजल्ह्याताील दिदावाणी न्यायाीश, वारिरष्ठ स्तार, दिसील्लोड यांच्या सीवागसीारणी अदिकारिरताेच्या स्र्थादिनांका सीमंा, दिसील्लोड आदिणी सीोयगांवा या मंहुसीुली तालुक्यांच्या स्र्थादिनांका सीमंांमंध्ये सीमंादिवाष्ट असीलेल्या क्षेत्रांशी सीमंव्यापी असीताील आदिणी सीदार तालुकाे, जे यापूवाी औरंगाबादा येर्थील दिदावाणी न्यायाीश, वारिरष्ठ स्तार यांच्या सीवागसीारणी अदिकारिरताेच्या स्र्थादिनांका सीमंांमंध्ये सीमंादिवाष्ट हुोताे ताे उक्ता तालुकाे त्यामंूनां वागळण्याता येताील.

Maharashtra Civil Courts aCt, 1869.

No. CRC 1314/CR 145/Desk XII.– In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, (Mah. XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad, sub-ordinate to the District Court of Aurangabad, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that with effect from the 4th February, 2024,–

(a) there shall be a Civil Court Senior Division at Sillod in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District sub-ordinate to the District Court, Aurangabad;

(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, Senior Division who shall hold his Court at Sillod, and

(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sillod in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District shall comprise the areas covered within the local limits of the Revenue talukas of Sillod and Soygaon in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District and the said talukas which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division Aurangabad shall be excluded therefrom.

No. CRC 1314/CR 145/Desk XII. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Revenue talukas of Sillod and Soygaon in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 4th February, 2024, specifies the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Sillod, in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of ordinary and special jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sillod and Civil Judge, Junior Division, Soygaon established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act ( XIV of 1869).
