क्रमंांका मंुद्रांांका २०२३/अनांौसंक्र.-१३/प्र.क्र.४३५/मं-१(धोरण).—मंहुाराष्ट्र मंुद्रांांका अदिधोदिनांयमं, १९५८ (१९५८ चा ६०) (याता यापुढे, ज्याचा दिनांदाेश, "उक्ता अदिधोदिनांयमं" असंा काेला आहुे), याच्या कालमं ९ च्या खंड (का) द्वारे प्रदानां काेलेल्या अदिधोकारांचा वापुर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासंनांासं, जनांदिहुतार्थग तासंे कारणे आवाश्यका असंल्याचाी खंात्राी पुटल्यामंुळे अमंरावाताी दिजल्ह्याताील नांांदागावा पुेठ येर्थे प्रधोानां मंत्राी मंेगा एकात्मित्मंका वास्त्राोद्योग क्षेत्रा आदिण पुरिरधोानां (पुीएमं -दिमंत्रा) पुाकाक (याता यापुढे, ज्याचा दिनांदाेश, "(पुीएमं-दिमंत्रा) पुाकाक" असंा काेला आहुे), याद्वारे, त्याच्या स्तांभा (२) मंध्ये अशा संलेखंाच्या पुक्षेकारांमंधोील यांसंोबता जोडलेल्या अनांुसंूचाीच्या स्तांभा (३) मंध्ये दिवादिनांदिदागष्ट काेलेल्या काेवाळे पुदिहुल्या संलेखंावार, उक्ता अदिधोदिनांयमंासंोबता जोडलेल्या अनांुसंूचाी-एका च्या दिवादिवाधो अनांुच्छेदाअन्वाये आकारणीयोग्य संपुूणग मंुद्रांांका शुल्का मंाफे कारीता आहुे.
स्पष्टीकराण.—
(१) हुा आदाेश, पुीएमं-दिमंत्रा पुाकाक, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंयागदिदाताचा प्रादिधोकाृता अदिधोकारी आदिण त्यानांतारचाे अमंरावाताी दिजल्ह्याताील नांांदागावा पुेठ येर्थील पुीएमं-दिमंत्रा पुाकाक खंेरदाीदार दिकांवा जमंीनां मंालका यांच्यामंध्ये काेलेला भाडेपुट्टा हुक्का दिकांवा दिवाक्री प्रमंाणपुत्राच्या भाडेपुट्टा दिकांवा अदिभाहुस्तांतारण पुत्राच्या दिकांवा अदिभाहुस्तांकानांाच्या मंागागनांे संपुादिदाता जदिमंनांचा हुस्तांतारण संलेखं दिकांवा दास्ताऐवाज यांकारिरता लागू हुोणार नांाहुी.
(२) पुीएमं-दिमंत्रा पुाकाक, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंयागदिदाता चा, प्रादिधोकाृता अदिधोकारी आदिण त्यानांतारचाे दिकांवा पुढेील खंेरदाीदार दिकांवा पुीएमं- दिमंत्रा पुाकाकचाे जमंीनांमंालका या आदाेशान्वाये मंुद्रांांका शुल्काता कापुाता दिकांवा मंाफेी दिमंळेण्यासंाठी पुात्रा असंणार नांाहुीता. अशा प्रकारे या आदाेशान्वाये युदिनांट ताे युदिनांट व्यवाहुार मंुद्रांांका शुल्का कापुाता दिकांवा मंाफेी याकारिरता पुात्रा असंणार नांाहुीता.

Maharashtra staMp act.
No.Mudrank-2023/UOR-13/C.R.435/M-1.(Dhoran).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958) (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act'), the Government of Maharashtra, being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, in order to facilitate the establishment of Pradhan Mantri Mega Integrated Textile Regions and Apparel (PM-MITRA) Park (hereinafter referred to as "PM-MITRA PARK") at Nandgaon Peth in Amravati District, hereby remits the whole stamp duty chargeable under various articles of the Schedule-I appended to the said Act, only on the first instrument specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto between the parties to such instrument specified in column (2) thereof.
Explanation.—
(1) This Order shall not apply to the instrument or documents of transfer of acquired land by way of lease or conveyance or assignment of lease rights or sale certificate executed between the authorised officer of the PM-MITRA Park, Maharashtra Ltd., and the subsequent purchaser or holder of the land in PM-MITRA Park, at Nandgaon Peth in Amravati District.
(2) Second or further transactions between the authorised officer of the PM-MITRA Park, Maharashtra Ltd., and the subsequent or the next purchaser or holder of the land in PM- MITRA Park shall not be eligible for the remission or reduction in the stamp duty under this order. Thus unit to unit transaction shall not be eligible for stamp duty remission or reduction under this Order.
