NOTICE

Whereas, Khamgaon Municipal Council being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Develop- ment Plan of Khamgaon u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated 13-19 July, 2023 for inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Amravati Division, Supplement Part 1-A, dated July 13-19, 2023.
४ द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ +द्धन्म््र ह्यम््र ान्म््र, त्र्ॅाम्न््र ८, २०२४/द्ध १९, ॅ १९४५And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constituted 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on 2nd January, 2024.
And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Commit- tee, partly accepted it and passed Resolution No. 01 dated 11th January, 2024 to make modifications/ changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act; And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per section 28(4) of the said Act;
Now, therefore, the list of modifications/changes made u/s 28(4) of the Act, by the said Planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the public.
