ज्याअर्थी, सुधारिरत एक्स-डेपो राचा तक्ता सोबत पाठवाूनां सावागजदिनांक दिवातरण व्यवार्थीेमाधाील एक्स-डेपो रामाध्ये दिनांाक १ फेब्रुवारी बई यानांी या कायागलयास वाचा क्र. ४ च्या ई-माेल सेशुाद्वारे २०२४ पासूनां सुधारणा केलेली असल्याचाे राज्यतरीय समान्वायक, तेल उद्योग, माु कळदिवाले आहीे ;

त्याअनांुषंगानांे सावागजदिनांक दिवातरण व्यवार्थीेअतगगत दिवातरिरत करण्यात येणाऱ्या केरोसीनांचा सुधारिरत कदिमाशुनांसही घेाऊक वा दिकरकोळ दिवाक्री र दिनांस्ट्रिचात करूनां त्याबाबत आेशु दिनांगगदिमात करणे आवायक आहीे.

PART-I

No. G/934/225/2024.— The following candidates on the Select List for the posts of Associate, prepared by the High Court, Bombay, are hereby, appointed as "Associate" in the Pay Scale of Civil Judge Junior Division (ACP I), i.e., J-2 (92960-136520) on the establishment of High Court, Original Side, Bombay, with effect from the date they assume charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part II of this order :—

Conditions :

1. Their appointments, if continued as Associate, shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring them to have satisfactory completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period, their services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

2. Their seniority will be according to their position in the select list for the post of Associate.

3. Their appointments, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Original Side Service Rules, 2002 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

4. They will have to deposit one month's basic pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, they tender resignation without giving prior notice.

In case the information submitted by them regarding their eligibility for the aforesaid post, i.e., educational qualification, age, caste, domicile, etc., is found to be incorrect or false, their services would be terminated.

6. In case they fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this order or to inform the undersigned their inability to do so, their name will be struck off from the Select List.

Note.— The aforesaid candidates are hereby directed to join duty at 10.00 a.m. on any working day within 30 days from the receipt of this Notification in the office of General Department, Ground floor, C.T.O. Building, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.
