क्रमंांका एमंसीटी १०२३/प्र.क्र.१७१/परिरवाहुनां-५.—ज्याअर्थी, राज्याता अदितारिरक्ता दिजल्हुा न्यायाधीश, सीहु दिजल्हुा न्यायाधीश वा दिजल्हुा न्यायाधीश यांच्या पदाशी सीमंताुल्य असीलेले सीदास्य अंबड, दिज. जालनांा या दिकाणी न्यायालयाच्या प्रादाेदिशका अदिधीकारिरताेसीहु, प्रादाेदिशका अदिधीकारिरता असीलेल्या सीवाग सीमंव्यापी क्षेत्राता पदास्र्थीादिपता काेलेल्या सीदास्यांचा अंताभागवा असीलेल्या अदितारिरक्ता मंोटीार अपघाता दावा न्यायादिधीकारणीाचाी स्र्थीापनांा कारण्याचाे रदिवाण्याता आले आहुे.
त्याअर्थी, आता, मंोटीार वाहुनां अदिधीदिनांयमं, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) याच्या कालमं १६५ द्वारे प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिधीकारांचा वापर कारुनां आदिणी यासींदाभागता अंशताः बदाल काेलेल्या यापूवाीच्या सीवाग अदिधीसीूचानांा यांनांा अनांुसीरूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासीनां याद्वारे,—
(अ) अपघाताच्या बाबताीताील, नांुकासीानां भारपाईसीाी ज्यामंध्ये मंोटीार वाहुनांाच्या वापरामंुळे व्यक्तांनांा मंृत्यू दिकांवा शारीरिरका इजा पोचाणीे दिकांवा एखाद्या त्रायस्र्थी व्यक्तांच्या काोणीत्याहुी मंालमंत्तेसी हुानांी पोचाणीे दिकांवा दाोन्हुीहुी बाबताीताील दाव्यांवार अदिभादिनांणीगय दाेण्याच्या प्रयोजनांार्थीग अदितारिरक्ता दिजल्हुा न्यायादिधीशांच्या प्रादाेदिशका अदिधीकारिरताेसीहु सीमंव्यापी क्षेत्रा अंबड, दिज. जालनांा येर्थीे मंोटीार अपघाता दावा न्यायादिधीकारणीाचाी स्र्थीापनांा कारीता आहुे; आदिणी
(ब) अदितारिरक्ता दिजल्हुा न्यायाधीशांच्या दाजागच्या अदिधीकाऱ्याशी सीमंताुल्य असीलेले सीदास्य आदिणी अंबड, दिजल्हुा जालनांा येर्थीे पदास्र्थीादिपता काेलेले, त्या पदाचा भार वाेळेोवाेळेी ग्रहुणी काेल्याचाे सीमंजण्याता येणीारे अदितारिरक्ता दिजल्हुा न्यायाधीश यांचा सींबंदिधीता मंोटीार अपघाता दावा न्यायादिधीकारणीाता सीमंावाेश कारण्याचा दिनांदाेश दाेता आहुे.

NOTIFICATION
Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
No.MCT-1023/C.R.171/Transport-5.—Whereas, it has been decided to constitute Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal at Ambad, consisting of number of Members, equivalent to Additional District Judge, Joint District Judge and District Judge and Ad-hoc Additional District Judges posted at Ambad, having territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Additional District Judge Ambad, Dist. Jalna.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 165 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), and in partial modification of all the earlier Government Notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby,—
(a) constitutes Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals Ambad for the area Co-extensive with the territorial Jurisdiction of the Court of Additional District Judge, Ambad for the purpose of adjudicating claims for compensation, in respect of accidents involving the death of, or bodily injury to persons, arising out of use of Motor Vehicles, or damages to any property of a third party so arising, or both; and (b) directs that the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall consist of one number of Member equivalent to the officer of the rank of Additional District Judge, and above, posted at Ambad from time to time, who shall be deemed to have assumed the charge thereof on the day they assume charge of post of Additional District Judge at Ambad.
