Whereas, the Gangapur Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Municipal Council') in exercise of the powers vested in it under the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 60 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act') by its Resolution No.48, dated 25.09.2023, declared its intention to make the draft Town Planning Scheme, Gangapur for the area comprised in that scheme and published the declaration so made in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 60 of the said Act in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, on date 05-11 October at page No.38;

And whereas, the said Municipal Council, after consultation with the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune made a draft Town Planning Scheme, Gangapur (hereinafter referred to as 'the said draft scheme') for the area in respect of which the declaration was made as aforesaid and published the draft scheme in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, dated 23 - 29 November at page No.53, and in the other prescribed manner as required under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 61 of the said Act;

And whereas, the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1813/ 3211/ CR-508/ UD-13, dated 01.12.2016, has delegated the powers exercisable by it, under the provisions of section 68(2) of the said Act, in respect of all Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats, to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune under the provisions of section 151(1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said Municipal Council, after considering the suggestions/objections relating to the draft Town Planning scheme from the persons affected thereby, as required by the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 68 of the said Act has submitted the said draft scheme together with the copies of the suggestions/objections received by it to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune and has applied for sanction vide its letter dated 25.01.2024;

And whereas, the Divisional Joint Director, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar vide letter No.275, dt. 31.01.2024, has offered consultation on the said draft Town Planning Scheme, No.1 Gangapur;

And whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune after making such inquiry as thought fit and after consulting the Joint Director of Town Planning, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar Division proposes to sanction the said draft scheme, subject to certain modifications and conditions:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 68 of the said Act, the Director of Town Planning. Maharashtra State, Pune hereby -

(a) Sanctions the said draft Town Planning Scheme, No.1, Gangapur subject to the modifications in respect with the rounding off at the road intersections as shown on the plan and thereby on the concerned record.

(b) Fixes date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette as the date of coming into force of the said scheme, which shall have effect as provided in the provisions of section 68 A of vesting of such plots:

(c) Directs that the lands there under shall be taken into possession by the Gangapur Municipal Council as stipulated under the provisions of section 68 A;

(d) Directs that the said draft Town Planning Scheme, No.1, Gangapur as sanctioned shall be kept open for inspection by the public during office hours on all working days in the head office of the Gangapur Municipal Council;

(e) and directs that the copies of the said draft scheme or extracts there from certified to be correct shall be available for sale to the public on application at a reasonable price at the office of the Gangapur Municipal Council.

And whereas, the said Municipal Council, after consultation with the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune made a draft Town Planning Scheme. Whereas, the Vaijapur Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Municipal Council') in exercise of the powers vested in it under the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 60 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act') by its Resolution No.10, dated 13.09.2023, declared its intention to make the draft Town Pianning Scheme, Vaijapur for the area comprised in that scheme and published the declaration so made in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 60 of the said Act in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, on date 28 September - 04 October at page No.33;

And whereas, the said Municipal Council, after consultation with the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune made a draft Town Planning Scheme, Vaijapur (hereinafter referred to as 'the said draft scheme') for the area in respect of which the declaration was made as aforesaid and published the said draft scheme in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, dated 23- 29 November at page No.55, and in the other prescribed manner as required under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 61 of the said Act; And whereas, the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1813/3211/ CR-508/ UD- 13, dated 01.12.2016, has delegated the powers exercisable by it, under the provisions of section 68(2) of the said Act, in respect of all Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats, to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune under the provisions of section 151(1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said Municipal Council, after considering the suggestions/objections relating to the said draft scheme from the persons affected thereby, as required by the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 68 of the said Act has submitted the said draft scheme together with the copies of the suggestions/objections received by it to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune and has applied for sanction vide its letter dated 25.01.2024;

consultation on the said draft Town Planning Scheme, No.1, Vaijapur and also in the said draft scheme, pursuant to the modifications in the sanctioned Development Plan, the ॅ.२०२४/ा/रू+न्/०१/२०२० ह्यह्यॅन््र ारूह ॅम््र ॅ द्र ह्यहॅ. .०१.२०२४

Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune has accorded approval vide Marathi Order No. .ॅ.ह्य]क्ष््ररू/म्न् .न्../द्धहन््र/ॅद्ध ५९(२)/ह्य]क्ष््रम््र-५/७९२-+, dated 02.02.2024 under the provisions of Section 59(2) of the said Act;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 68 of the said Act, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune hereby - (a) Sanctions the said draft Town Planning Scheme, No.1, Vaijapur subject to the modifications in respect with the rounding off at the road intersections as shown on the plan and thereby on the concerned record.

(c) Directs that the lands thereunder shall be taken into possession by the Vaijapur Municipal Council as stipulated under the provisions of section 68 A;

(d) Directs that the said draft Town Planning Scheme, No.1, Vaijapur as sanctioned shall be kept open for inspection by the public during office hours on ail working days in the head office of the Vaijapur Municipal Council;

(e) and directs that the copies of the said draft scheme or extracts there from certified to

be correct shall be available for sale to the public on application at a reasonable price at the office of the Vaijapur Municipal Council.

No.VMC/WS2/TPVD/DP-M/ /2371.--- Whereas the revised Development Plan of Municipal Council Vaijapur limit has been sanctioned under Government Notification No. TPS-3012/591/C.R.94/2012/UD-30 dated 30/06/2011 and has come into force with effect from 05/05/2013.

And whereas, Municipal Council, Vaijapur has resolved to modify this sanctioned Development Plan of Municipal Council Vaijapur (Revised Second Edition) as stipulated under section of 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and hence the part plan showing the above said proposed modification which have been signed and dated as per appendix (shown) vide in resolution no subject (20), dated 30-10- 2023 and by the Chief Officer and Administrator Municipal Council Vaijapur has been kept open for inspection of the public during office hours on all working days of the office.

Further as stipulated under section 37 of the said Act, suggestions and objections are invited from in writing with respect to proposed modification within the period of thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice in Maharashtra government gazette, which should be address to the Chieff Officer and Administrator, Municipal Council Vaijapur.
