NOTIFICATION
No. SPP.3823/346/C.R. 136/D-XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No.2 of 1974) and section 12 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depostiors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Shri. Sunny Sanjay Punamiya as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the Special Case No. 232/2021 pending before District and Sessions Court, Thane, which is arising out of C.R. No. 224/2020 registered at Mira Road Police Station, District Thane.
2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
3. Adv. Sunny Sanjay Punamiya will not claim any remuneration or fees from the Govern- ment or Applicant Smt. Lovina Oswald Dmello in above mentioned case.
4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

२. उपरोक्त अधिकायांना राजपत्रित अधिकायाकरिता विहित असलेली मराठी भाषा व हिंदी भाषा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली आहे/उत्तीर्ण होण्यातून सूट देण्यात आली आहे. या अधिकायांना शासकीय अधिकायांकरिता विहित केलेली विभागीय लेखा परीक्षा व संगणक अर्हता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केली आहे. त्यांचा परिविक्षा कालावधीतील गोपनीय अभिलेख व कामाचा मुल्यनिर्धारण अहवाल चांगला आहे. त्यांचे विरुद्ध कोणतीही विभागीय चौकशी प्रस्तावित/प्रलंबित नाही.

क्रमांक ना.बँका/सआ-१/जिजाऊ/१५६/३३३८/२०२३.----महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १५६ अन्वये मला प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तीचा वापर करून मी, शैलेश कोतमिरे, अपर निबंधक (प्रशासन), सहकारी संस्था, महराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे, या आदेशान्वये जिजाऊ कर्मशिअल को-ऑप. बँक लि., अमरावती, जि. अमरावती या बँकेच्या खालील अधिकायाना त्यांच्या नावापुढे दर्शविलेल्या कार्यक्षेत्रासाठी कलम १०१ व कलम ९८ अन्वये प्राप्त झालेली वसुली प्रमाणपत्रांची अंमलबजावणी व कर्ज वसुली बाबत करावयाच्या कार्यवाही पुरती महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १५६ अन्वये व नियम, १९६१ चे नियम, १०७ मधील तरतुदीनुसार खालील अटीस अधीन राहून या आदेशाच्या दिनांकापासून ते दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०२४ या कालावधीकरिता शक्ती प्रदान करीत आहे :-----

अटी .---
(१) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १५६ व नियम, १९६१ चे नियम १०७ मधील तरतुदीनुसार कर्ज वसुलीची कार्यवाही करावी. कर्ज वसुली करताना सहकार कायदा, नियम यातील तरतुदी व परिपत्रकीय सूचनांचे पालन न केल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास आवश्यक ती चौकशी करून आवश्यकता भासल्यास सदरचे प्रदान केलेले अधिकार तात्काळ काढून घेण्यात येतील.
(२) सदरचे अधिकार सहकार कायदा कलम १०१ व कलम ९८ अन्वये प्राप्त वसुली दाखल्याची अंमलबजावणी करण्याकरिता असतील.
(३) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी या कार्यालयाने दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ रोजी निर्गमित केलेल्या परिपत्रकानुसार दरमाह विहित नमुन्यात कर्ज वसुलीची माहिती जिल्हा उप निबंधक सहकारी संस्था, अमरावती यांना सादर करावी.
(४) वसुली अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या व्यक्तीची बदली झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्ती सेवा निवृत्त झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्तीस सेवेतून काढून टाकल्यास किंवा त्याचा मृत्यू झाल्यास, अशा अधिकायास प्रदान केलेले अधिकार आपोआप रद्द होतील.
(५) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीत वसुलीचे कामकाज समाधानकारक केले नसल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास किंवा प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास, प्रदान केलेले अधिकार काढून घेतले जातील व भविष्यात असे कोणतेही अधिकार अशा व्यक्तीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार नाहीत.
(६) शासन निर्णय क्रमांक संकीर्ण-१५०४/प्र.क्र.२३१/१५-स, दिनांक २३ नोव्हेंबर २००६ अन्वये वसुली अधिकायांना तीन सिंहाच्या राजमुद्रेचा वापर करता येणार नाही.
(७) वसुली अधिकायास त्यांच्या नावापुढे कोठेही ""महाराष्ट्र शासन नियुक्त"" आणि/किंवा ""सिव्हील कोर्ट"", ""एक्झीक्युटीव्ह कोर्ट"" या शब्दांचा अथवा तत्सम शब्दांचा वापर करता येणार नाही. त्याऐवजी वसुली अधिकायांनी त्यांच्या नावापुढे ""वसुली अधिकारी (महाराष्ट्र सह. संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० व नियम, १९६१ चे १०७ अन्वये)"" असे लिहावे.
(८) वसुली अधिकायास वसुलीसाठी वापर करण्यात येणाया वाहनावर " वसुली अधिकारी जिजाऊ कर्मशिअल को-ऑप बँक लि., अमरावती, जि. अमरावती "" असा फलक लावता येईल.
(९) वसुली अधिकायाने पगार जप्तीची कार्यवाही करताना कर्जदाराच्या/जामिनदाराच्या पगार कपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका वा अन्य बँका यांचेकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंधित कर्जदार/जामिनदार ज्या आस्थापनेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थापनेवरील आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी/पगार करणारा अधिकारी यांचेमार्फत पगारातून कर्ज वसूल करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी.
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक--मध्य उप-विभाग, गुुरुवार ते बुधवार, फेब्रुवारी १५-२१, २०२४/माघ २६-फाल्गुन २, शके १९४५ ५(१०) वसुूली अधिकायास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्यानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व या कार्यालयाचे कलम १५६ आणि त्याखालील नियम १०७ अन्वये आदेश दिनांक ६ एप्रिल २०१८ मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे व दराने अंमलबजावणी खर्चाची रक्कम याशिवाय इतर कोणतीही रक्कम वसूल करता येणार नाही.
(११) या कार्यालयाचे दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ रोजीच्या परिपत्रकीय सुचनांचे वसुली अधिकारी यांनी तंतोतत पालन करावे. बँकेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी दरमहा वसुली अधिकायांचे कामकाजाचा कर्जदार निहाय आढाव परिपत्रकातील प्रपत्र पाच मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे घ्यावा
(१२) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी निर्गमित करावयाच्या नोटीस/आदेश/घोषणा यामध्ये त्यांना अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या या आदेशाचा संदर्भ नमूद करावा.तसेच त्यांनी त्यांचे पदनाम व भ्रमण दुरध्वनी क्रमांक नमूद करावा.
(१३) वसुली अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या व्यक्तीनी तीन वर्षातून किमान एकदा मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थेकडून तीन दिवसांचे वसुलीचे प्रशिक्षण घेणे आवश्यक राहील.

त्याअर्थी, मी, डॉ. महेश्वर रेड्डी पोलीस अधीक्षक, जळगांव, जळगाव जिल्हा सन १९५१ च्या महाराष्ट्र पोलीस कायदा कलम ३३(१) (बी) नुसार प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून मौजे पाडसे-भोरटेक रेल्वे क्रॉसिग गेट कडे जाणारे वाहनांकरिता दिनांक ६ फेब्रुवारी २०२४ सकाळी ७-०० ते दिनांक ७ फेब्रुवारी २०२४ रात्री ७-०० या कालावधीत वाहतुकीचे विनीयमनाबाबत पुढीलप्रमाणे आदेश देण्यात येत आहे.
मौजे पाडसे-भोरटेक रेल्वे क्रॉसिंग गेट क्रमांक १३१ कडे जाणारे वाहनांसाठी पर्यायी मार्ग. (अ) भरवस मार्गे बेटावद या मार्गाने वाहने ये-जा करतील.
