Whereas, from Nagpur District an improvement scheme admeasuring about 1008.60 Hectare in Mouja Sumthana-Kotewada-Sondapar in Hingna Taluka also Mouja Jamtha & Parsodi in Nagpur Taluka videद्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, त्र्ॅाम्न््र १५-२१, २०२३/द्ध २६-त्र्ॅा २, ॅ १९४५ ३ Government Notification No. NIT-2015-C.R.37-UD-26, dated 27th February, 2015 and an improvement scheme admeasuring about 958.12 Hectare in Mouja Khadaka-Kirmiti-Shivmadka-Sumthana-Panjari in Hingna Taluka vide Government Notification No. TPS-2413-327-C.R.128-2013-UD-9, dated 21st October, 2015 are sanctioned by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 45 of Nagpur Improvement Trust Act,1936 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Improvement Schemes");

And whereas, an improvement scheme admeasuring about 1008.60 Hectare in Mouja Sumthana-Kotewada- Sondapar in Hingna Taluka also Mouja Jamtha & Parsodi in Nagpur Taluka and an improvement scheme admeasuring about 958.12 Hectare in Mouja Khadaka- Kirmiti-Shivmadka-Sumthana-Panjari in Hingna Taluka these two improvement schemes are cancelled vide notification dated 05-09-2023. The same are being corrected as mentioned below.

MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL & TOWN PLANNING ACT 1966 .—

NOTIFICATION

No. TPS-2623-469-CR-78-2023-UD-9 :—

Whereas, Revised Development Plan of Arvi City has been sanctioned by the Government vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS-2409-2615-CR-309(B)-09-UD-9, dated the 21st October, 2011 & has come into force with effect from the 1st December, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") under section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act No. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act");

And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land admeasuring 0.51 hectare bearing Survey No.169 of Mouja Ahmadnagar (hereinafter referred to as "the said Land") is included in Transport & Communication zone;

And whereas, the Arvi Municipal Council being the Planning Authority (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Planning Authority"), vide its General Body Resolution No. 1, dated the 27 December, 2022 has resolved to deleted the said land from "Transport & Communication" Zone and to reserved the same for "Cremation Ground", accordingly after following all the legal procedure as per provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the said Act, submitted a modification proposal to the Government, for its sanction (hereinafter referred to as "the said Proposed Modification");

And whereas, after making necessary enquiries and consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune, the Government is of the opinion that the proposed Modification should be sanctioned;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under sub section (2) of Section 37 of the said Act, the Government hereby, sanctions the said Proposed Modification and for that purpose amends the aforesaid Notification dated the 21-10-2011 as follows;

"In the Schedule of Modifications appended to the Notification dated 21st October, 2011 sancstioning the said Development Plan, the following new entry shall be added after the last entry.

"The land admeasuring 0.51 hectare bearing Survey No.169 of Mouja Ahmadnagar is deleted from "Trans- port & Communication" Zone and is reserved for "Cremation Ground" as shown on the Plan -

A copy of the part plan of the aforesaid sanctioned modification shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Chief Officer, Arvi Municipal Council, Arvi, Dist. Wardha during office hours on all working days for a period of one month.

Whereas, Rajura Municipal Council, being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Develop- ment Plan of Rajura U/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated for 05th January, 2023 inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Nagpur Divisional, Supplement part One-A, dated 05-11 Janu- ary, 2023;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Com- mittee, partly accepted & it suggested changes in it and passed Resolution No. 05, dated 20th September 2023 to make modifications/changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government U/s 30 of the said Act;

And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per Section 28(4) of the said Act;

Now, therefore, the list of modifications/changes made U/s 28(4) fo the Act, by the said Planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the public. The said Draft Development Plan showing the modifications/changes is kept open for the in- spection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of 30 days and is also available on website.

PUBLICATION OF LIST OF MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES IN DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF GADCHANDUR U/S 28(4) OF MAHARASHTRA

REGIONAL & TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.

Whereas, Gadchandur Municipal Council, being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development Plan of Gadchandur U/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated for 05th January, 2023 inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Nagpur Divisional, Supplement part One-A, dated 05- 11 January, 2023.

And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constitued U/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on 25th May 2023;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Committee, partly accepted & it suggested changes in it and passed Resolution No. 21, dated 29th Au- gust 2023 to make modifications/changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government U/s 30 of the said Act;

And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per Section 28(4) of the said Act;

Now, therefore, the list of modifications/changes made U/s 28(4) of the Act, by the said Planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the public. The said Draft Development Plan showing the modifications/changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of 30 days and is also available on website.
