ज्याअर्थी, लाखनी नगर पंचायतीने, नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम २६(१) नुसार प्रारूप विकास योजना लाखनी, दिनांक २० सप्टेंबर, २०२२ चे सूचनेद्वारे नागरिकांच्या सूचना/हरकती मागविण्यासाठी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात नागपूर विभागीय पुरवणी भाग, एक-अ मध्ये दिनांक नोव्हेंबर, ०३-०९, २०२२ रोजी प्रसिद्ध झाली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त योजनेवर विहित मुदतीत प्राप्त सूचना व हरकतींचा विचार करून उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २८(४) नुसार स्थापन झालेल्या नियोजन समितीने तिचा अहवाल उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाकडे दिनांक १० मे, २०२३ रोजी सादर केला ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, नियोजन समितीने सादर केलेल्या अहवालावर विचारांती उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने, तो मान्य करून ती उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३० नुसार शासनाकडे मंजुरीसाठी सादर करण्यासाठी ठराव क्रमांक ०१, दिनांक २४ जानेवारी, २०२४ रोजी पारित केला आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २८(२) खालील तरतुदीनुसार उक्त योजनेच्या मसुद्यात केलेले फेरबदल/बदल नागरीकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ प्रसिद्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजनेच्या मसुद्यात नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २८(४) नुसार केलेल्या फेरबदलांची/बदलांची सूची परिशिष्ट " अ " मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे, नागरिकांच्या माहितीसाठी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे.

एम (१) गट क्र. ९९ / १ औद्योगिक झोन मधून हटवून व्यावसायिक झोन मध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात यावे.

एम (३) गट क्र. ७०७ च्या एकूण ०.६५ हे क्षेत्रापैकी ०.३० हेक्टर क्षेत्र आरक्षण क्र. १९ WTP साठी व ०.३५ हेक्टर क्षेत्र आरक्षण क्र १८ सार्वजनिक सुविधा (PA) साठी आरक्षित करण्यात यावे.
एम (४) गट क्र. ७०८ खालील आरक्षण क्र. १९ WTP आरक्षणातून वगळून आणि विद्यमान तलाव क्षेत्रामध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात यावे.

सदर फेरबदल/बदल दर्शविणारा उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजनेचा नकाशा खालील नमूद केलेल्या कार्यालयात कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत ३० दिवसाच्या कालावधीकरीता नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ ठेवण्यात येत आहे..

Publication of List of Modifications/Changes in Draft Development Plan of Lakhani u/s 28(4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966
NOTICE
No. NPL-CO-147-2024.—
Whereas, Lakhani Nagar Panchayat, being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development Plan of Lakhani u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated 20th September, 2022, for inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Nagpur Division, Supplement Part 1-A dated November 03-09, 2022 ;
And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said Plan received within stipu- lated period, the Planning Committee constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on 10th May, 2023.
And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Committee, accepted it passed Resolution No. 01, dated 24th January, 2024 to make modification/changes to the said Plan to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act ;
And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per Section 28(2) of the said Act ;

M (1) The area of Gat No. 99/1 shall be deleted from Industrial Zone and to be included in Commercial Zone.
M (2) The area of Gat No. 1255 shall be deleted from Commercial Zone and to be included in Industrial Zone.
M (3) Out of total area 0.65 Hect. of Gat No. 707, and area of 0.30 Hect. be earmarked for reservation No. 19 WTP on the basis of demarcation plan and the remaining area 0.35 Hect. from Gat No. 707 be earmarked for Reservation No. 18- Public Amenity (PA).
M (4) The area under Gat No. 708 earmark for Reservation No. 19 WTP be deleted from reservation and to be included in water body.
M (5) Agricultural zone shown in Gat No. 523,524, 525,526,527, 528, 529, 531, 532, 533, 534, 535, 536,537, 538, 539, 540, 542, 543, 544, 545, 546, 547, 548, 549, 550, 551, 566, 567, 568, 569, 570, shall be deleted and to be included in residential zone.
The said Draft Development Plan showing the modifications/changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of 30 days available.
