Publication of Draft Development Plan of Pandharakawada (2nd Revised + AA)
Under Section 26(1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966
NOTICE
No. MCP-4853-2024.—
Whereas, the Pandharakawada Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority.") vide Resolution No. 05, dated 14th December, 2016 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Pandharakawada (2nd Revised + AA) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2), 34, 38 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division, Supplement Part 1-A on date 22-28th August, 2019;
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Order No. 2650, Dated 07th January, 2020 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning & Valuation Department Yavatmal as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area ;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning & Valuation Department, Yavatmal after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 04th March, 2024 for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act;
And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 01, dated 05th March, 2024 publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public;

The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
(1) The Chief Officer, Pandharkawada Municipal Council.
(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning & Valuation Department, Yavatmal.
The suggestion /objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with rea- sons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Pandharkawada Municipal Council within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Pandharkawada Municipal Council.
