महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१.
क्रमांक आयडीसी-२०२४/(प्र.क्र. ५६)/उद्योग-१४.----ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (सन १९६२ चा महाराष्ट्र तीन) यांच्या कलम १, पोट-कलम (३) अन्वये करण्यात आलेली व महाराष्ट्र शासन असाधारण राजपत्र, भाग चार-ब, दिनांक १९ मार्च १९९९ रोजी, पृष्ठ क्र. १४९ ते १५३ वर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेली महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे उद्योग, उर्जा व कामगार विभागाचे क्रमांक आयडीसी २१९९/ (५३६५)/उद्योग-१४, दिनांक १९ मार्च १९९९ अन्वये उपरोक्त अधिनियमाच्या प्रकरण सहाचे उपबंध हे त्या अधिसूचनेत नमूद केलेले " मौजे माण, तालुका मुळशी, जिल्हा पुणे येथील क्षेत्रास दिनांक २० मार्च १९९९ या तारखेपासून लागू करणेत आलेल्या आहेत व उक्त क्षेत्र हे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्वये, " औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ", म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उपरोक्त अनुसुचीमध्ये जाहीर केलेल्या जमिनी त्याभागात समाविष्ट आहे. (यापुढे याचा उल्लेख " उक्त जमिन " असा करण्यात येईल.)
आणि, ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाकरीता उ जमीनी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून विकासासाठी या जागेची आवश्यकता असल्याचे राज्य शासनाचे मत आहे.
आणि, ज्याअर्थी उक्त जमीनीच्या जमीन मालकांचे व त्यात हितसंबंध असलेल्या व्यक्तींचे म्हणणे अधिनियमांच्या कलम ३२ चे पोट-कलम (२) प्रमाणे ऐकूण घेतलेले आहे. व त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासनाने या कलमाच्या ३२ चे पोट-कलम (१) च्या अनुषंगाने उक्त जमीन संपादन करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे .
त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम ३२(१) चा वापर करुन सदर जमिनी उपरोक्त कारणासाठी संपादीत केल्या असल्याबद्दलची ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासन या कलमा अन्वये प्राप्त अधिकारांचा वापर करुन प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे.

NOTICE
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No. IDC 2024/(C.R.56)/IND 14.—Whereas by Government of Maharashtra has by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No IDC 2199/(5365)/IND 14, dated the 19th March 1999, issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated 19th March 1999, on pages 153 to 156 notified the 20th March 1999 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of village, 'Maan' in Taluka, 'Mulshi', District, " Pune ", mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter referred to as "the said area") and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act ;
And whereas, the lands mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said lands") are situated in the said areas ;
And whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area.
And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard in pursuance of notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section (1) of section 32;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for the purpose aforesaid.
