Notice No.07, Date : 05/03/2024 :- Whereas, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") had declared its intention for preparation of Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred as "the said Draft Development Plan") for the entire area (Original Limit second revision + Additional Area revision + Newly included Area) under its jurisdiction (hereinafter referred as "the said Area") under section 23(1) with section 34 and 38 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") vide Resolution number 268/2022 dated 19/01/2022 and published in Government Gazette Aurangabad Division- Part-1 dated 17-23/3/2022;
And whereas, the Administrator. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation vide letter No. 1050, dated 12/05/2022, has appointed the Deputy Director of Town Planning, Development Plan Special Unit Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare Draft Development Plan for the said Area, after getting the concurrence from the Joint Director of Town Planning.
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Division, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar vide his letter No. 751, dated the 02/05/2022.
as per the provisions of section 24 of "the said Act"; And whereas, Existing Land Use Map for said Draft Development Plan under section 25 of said Act was not prepared within stipulated original time limit, considering the request of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Joint Director of Town Planning, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Division granted extension of time limit to prepare of Existing Land Use map vide Letter No. 1586 date 20/09/2022 and letter No. 589 date 10/02/2023 upto Date 18/01/2023 and Date 18/07/2023 respectively. According to it Town Planning Officer had prepared Existing Land Use and submitted to Hon'ble Commissioner and Administrator of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as per the provision of section 25 of "the said Act" on dated 06/04/2023;

Greater Mumbai as "an Officer" to complete the proceedings for publishing the said Draft Development Plan under section 26 and to submit the said Draft Development Plan under section 30 of the said Act, within the stipulated period, subject to the terms / conditions mentioned vide notification No. TPS-3020/514/ CR-69/2020/UD-30,Date;07/l1/2023. (hereinafter referred to as "Appointed Officer");
And whereas, as per decision of Hon'ble High Court dated 03/08/2023 and accordingly the terms and conditions mentioned in State Government Order issued on date 31/08/ 2023 and 07/11/2023, the Office of Deputy Director of Town Planning, Development Plan. Special Unit. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar handed over the Existing Land Use map prepared under section 25 of the said Act and the given record pertaining to it, to "Appointed Officer'on date 31/10/2023;
And whereas, after validation of the Existing land use map and information etc. handed over from Development Plan Special Unit Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and with the help of Agency appointed by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation, the said "Appointed Officer" prepared "the said Draft Development Plan";
And whereas, the powers conferred by the Government notification dated 31/08/2023 and 07/11/2023, under section 162 as a said Planning Authority, "Appointed Officer" has passed Resolution No.l dated 04/03/2024 to publish "the said Draft Development Plan" under section 26(1) of "the said Act" ;

26(1) of "the said Act" For inviting suggestions/Objections Development Plan. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar" to the office
of "Deputy Director of Town Planning, Chhatrapati
from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan

and report are kept open for inspection of the public at the
following offices on all working days during office hours.
