ज्याअर्थी, कसई-दोडामार्ग नगरपरिषदेने / नगरपंचायतीने (यापुढे " उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण " असे निर्देशिलेले), तिच्या अधिपत्याखालील क्षेत्राची (यापुढे " उक्त क्षेत्र " असे उल्लेखलेली), महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम " असे निर्देशिलेली) चे कलम २१(२) चे अनुषंगाने कलम २३(१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार प्रारुप विकास योजना कसई-दोडामार्ग (यापुढे " उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना " असे उल्लेखलेली) तयार करण्याचा इरादा ठराव क्रमांक ७५, दिनांक १७ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ अन्वये जाहीर करून त्याबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, कोकण विभाग, पुरवणी भाग-१, मध्ये दिनांक २६ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ रोजी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २४ च्या तरतुदीस अनुसरून कसई-दोडामार्ग नगरपरिषद / नगरपंचायतीने उक्त क्षेत्रासाठी उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना तयार करण्यासाठी सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, सिंधुदुर्ग शाखा यांची " नगररचना अधिकारी " म्हणून आदेश क्र.वि.यो. कसई-दोडामार्ग न.पं./न.र.अ./कलम २४/०५८, दिनांक २६ एप्रिल २०२१ अन्वये नेमणूक केली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमातील तरतुदीनुसार नगररचना अधिकारी तथा सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, नगररचना अधिकारी, सिंधुदुर्ग यांनी उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २५ अन्वये विद्यमान जमीन वापर नकाशा तयार केल्यानंतर उक्त क्षेत्राची उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना तयार करून ती उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाकडे उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी हस्तांतरीत केली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना जनतेकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागविण्याकरिता प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी ठराव क्र. १९, दिनांक ११ मार्च २०२४ पारित केलेला आहे.
त्याअर्थी, उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना अहवालासह उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २६(१) अन्वये नागरीकांकडून सूचना/हरकती मागविण्यासाठी प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे. सदरहू योजनेसंबधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ खाली नमूद केलेल्या कार्यालयात उपलब्ध आहेत.

भाग दोन-------२७-१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, मार्च १४, २०२४/फाल्गुन २४, शके १९४५ उक्त प्रारुप योजनेतील तरतुदीसंबंधी नागरीकांच्या काही सूचना / हरकती असतील तर त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत मुख्याधिकारी कसई-दोडामार्ग नगरपंचायत यांचेकडे लेखी स्वरुपात कारणांसह पाठवाव्यात. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत नगरपरिषद / नगरपंचायतीकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या सूचना / हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जातील.
उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजनेचे नकाशे व तपशीलाच्या प्रती योग्य शुल्क आकारून कसई-दोडामार्ग नगरपंचायतीच्या कार्यालयात नागरिकांना उपलब्ध होऊ शकतील.

Notice
Publication of Draft Development Plan of Kasai-Dodamarg Under Section 26(1) of
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas, the Kasai-Dodamarg Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as " the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 75, dated 17th February 2021 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Kasai-Dodamarg (hereinafter referred to as the " said Draft Development Plan ") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said " area " ) as per the provision of section 23(1) read with section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act ") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Konkan Division, Supplement Part I on 26th February 2021 ;
And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council / Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. 058, dated 26th April 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Sindhudurg Branch, Sindhudurg as " Town Planning officer " to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area ;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning Sindhudurg, Branch, Sindhudurg after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 6th March 2024 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act ;
And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 19, dated 11th March 2024 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions / objections from the public.
Therefore, Kasai-Dodamarg Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours :—
1. The Chief Officer, Kasai-Dodamarg Nagar Panchayat, Kasai-Dodamarg.
2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Sindhudurg Branch, Sindhudurg.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Kasai-Dodamarg Nagar Panchayat, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions / objections received by the Nagar Panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Kasai-Dodamarg Nagar Panchayat.
