The Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966:
No.TPS-3123/635/C.R.98/2023/UD-30 :- Whereas, the Development Plan of Parbhani City, Dist-Parbhani (Revised + Extended Area) has been sanctioned by the Government under section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act No. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS-3199/130/ CR-33/99/UD-30, dated the 030/09/1999 and has come into force with effect from date the 16/12/1999 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development plan");
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, The 60.00 wide Development Plan Road (hereinafter referred to as "the Reservation on the said Land-2 stands lapsed as per the provisions of section 127(1) of the said Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 127 of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, as mentioned in the Annexure below, hereby notifies that, the said Road as specified in the Sanctioned Development Plan of Parbhani Municipal Corporartion (Revised + Extended Area), stands lapsed to the extent of area admeasuring 7855.50 Sq. Mts. (0.78555 Ha.) bearing Survey No.610/1/E of Mauje Parbhani, Taluka & Dist. Parbhani. And the area so released will be available to the owners for the purpose of development as otherwise permissible in the case of adjacent land under the said Development Plan.

And whereas, even after service of the said Notice as aforesaid, the said Land had neither been acquired, within prescribed time period nor the Notification of land acquisition required under section 126 (4) of the said Act, read with Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation of Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, has been published by the said Appropriate Authority within prescribed time period from the date of the service of said Notices under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the said Act; A copy of the Part Plan, showing the area of the said Road which has been lapsed vide this Order, is available in the office of the Commissioner, Parbhani Municipal Corporation, Dist. Parbhani during office hours on all working days for inspection of public for the period of One month.
This Order shall also be published on the Govt. website www.maharashtra.gov.in (Acts/Rules).

Whereas, the Government in Urban Development Department vide its notification no. TPS-3088/454/cr-59/88/ UD-12, Dt. 15/10/1991, sanctioned the Development Plan for area included in No Development Zone of Sanctioned Development Plan and Additional Area of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and the Said Development Plan came into force with effect from 19/11/1991.

And whereas, Government in revenue and forest Department vide their order dt. 02 April, 2018, decided to grant the land bearing G.No. 22 of mouze Murtujapur to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Vaidyakiya Prastishthan and accordingly the Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar vide order no. 2016/Bhusudhar/Enam/V.P./CR/01, dt. 25 April, 2018 granted the land in G. No. 22 of mouze Murtajapur; on 99 years lease; under certain terms and conditions to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Vaidyakiya Prastishthan.
And whereas, after the grant of land to the said institution; the Government in Medical Education and Drug Department vide their letter no. MED-2018/CR-17/18 Edu. 1, Dt. 07/10/2022 granted the "Essentiality Certificate" to establish Medical college and hospital in the said land; to promote Medical education and to enhance medical facilities in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar District and surrounding area. And whereas, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Vaidyakiya Prastishthan is a charitable institution and considering larger public interest, it is necessary to establish medical college and hospital in the said land within prescribed time limits mentioned in the Essentiality certificate.
And whereas, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Municipal Corporation vide their administrative resolution no. 1334 dt 11/03/2024 has resolved to change the use of land bearing G.No. 21 (Part); G. NO. 22 (Part) of mouzeMurtazapur and land bearing G.No. 651 (Part) of mouze Chikalthana admeasuring total area 14.00 Hect. From Agricultural/No Development Zone to "Public/Semi-public zone" and for that purpose accorded its approval to initiate procedure under section 37 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

Excluded Part of Revised Development plan of Nanded has been sanctioned by order No.TPS-3206/488/CR 104/2006/UD- 30 Dt. 03.06.2006 and the same as come into force with effect from 15th September 2006
Nanded - Waghala City Municipal Corporation in it's General Body Resolution No.114 dated,06.03.2024 have resolved to effect modification to sanctioned Revised Development plan of stipulated under section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966 that area about 0.11 Ha.from Reservations No.A-31 ESR which is handed over to Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation, Nanded to be reserved as "Shopping Centre" and remaining land is to be shown as "Existing Public Semi Public Zone".
A Copy of aforesaid plan showing proposed modification to sanctioned Revised Development plan of Nanded is kept open in the office of Nanded - Waghala City Municipal Corporation for inspection of the public during office hours on all working days.

Jalna (Second Revised) Survey No. 3 has been affected by Site No. 84 Garden, part area by 15.00 m and 12.00 m wide Development Plan Road and remaining part is included in Residential Zone. In the said Survey No. 3/1 this office has sanctioned a final layout for residential purpose by order no.8016 Dated. 04.09.1997. part area has been affected by Site No. 84 Garden as shown in Development Plan. The Area of Reservation in the Develop- ment Plan Report is 0.33 Ha. And its Appropriate Authority is Jalna City Municipal Corporation. But as per Development Plan map the area of reservation is 0.38 ha. Instead 3800.00 sqm. area has been fully affected by reservation on sanctioned layout plan. The said reservation u/s 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Hon. Commissioner and Administrator has passed the Administrative Resolution No. 124 Dated 18.01.2024 for the modification to be submitted to the government as per given in the table below.
