NOTIFICATION
No. PL (APP)/Steno/2024/1375-1940.— Shri Santosh Subhash Kulkarni, Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay and candidate on the Select List for the post of Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge" in the Pay Matrix S-26: 82200-211500, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay with effect from 6th March, 2024 or from the date he assume charge of the said post, purely on ad-hoc basis, subject to the result of litigation / representation whether pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge are/would be challenged.
He is promoted purely on ad-hoc basis and is liable to be reverted to his original post, at any time, in case the Private Secretary sent on deputation is repatriated.

Read.— Office Order No. PL(APP)/Steno/2023/8791, dated 4th December 2023 in respect of promotion and appointment of Shri O. S. Kumbhakarn, Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge on ad-hoc basis.

No. PL (APP)/Steno/2024/1377-1937.—The Services of Shri Omkar Shivahar Kumbhakarn, Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, who was promoted and appointed as 'Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge' purely on ad-hoc basis vide Office Order referred to above, are hereby regularised as 'Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge' w.e.f. 1st March 2024, in the vacant post of Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge.
