Whereas, the Revised Development Plan of Arni City, District Yavatmal has been partly sanctioned by the Government under Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ") vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS--2718-1837-CR-167-2018-Part Sanction-UD-30, dated the 2nd December 2021, has come into force with effect from the 5th May 2022 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Development Plan ") ;
