आदेश

क्रमांक कक्ष-१/पीओएल-१/२३३/२०२४.---- ज्ााअर्थी, नाशिक ग्रामीण घटकात (१) दिनांक ७ जानेवारी २०२४ ते दिनांक २६ जानेवारी २०२४ ाा कालावधीत सटाणा शहर व बागलाण तालुक्ाातील ग्रामदेवता संत शिरोमणी देवमामलेदार श्री. ाशवंत महाराज ाात्रोत्सव सुरू आहे. (२) दिनांक २६ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी संपूर्ण देशात गणराज्ा दिन साजरा होणार आहे.

तसेच राज्ाातील सस्थिती पाहता नाशिक ग्रामीण जिल्ह्यात राजकीा पक्ष, सामाजिक संघटना व कामगार संघटना मोच, निदर्शने, धरणे, कॅन्डल मार्च, रास्ता रोको, आंदोलने, साखळी उपोषणे, ठिाा आंदोलने, बंद पुकारणे व उपोषण, आंदोलने, धार्मिक सण, आरक्षण मिळावे, महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे वतीने परीक्षा आाोजन व इतर र्कााक्रमांचे आाोजन करतात. तसेच काादा व सुव्ावस्थाविषाक घडामोडींच्ाा पाश्र्वभूमीवर देशात कोठेही जातीा घटना घडल्ाास, अशा घटनेच्ाा प्रतिक्रिाा नाशिक ग्रामीण घटकात उमटण्ााची शक्ाता असते. वरील कारणांवरून आंदोलने, मोच काढू शकतात. तसेच नाशिक ग्रामीण घटकातील मालेगाव शहर व ोवला शहर अतिसंवेदनशील असून मनमाड, सटाणा, चांदवड व इगतपुरी ही ठिकाणे संवेदनशील आहेत.

अबाधित राहावी ााकरिता संपूर्ण नाशिक (ग्रामीण) जिल्ह्यात दिनांक २२ जानेवारी २०२४ चे ००.०० ते दिनांक ५ ेब्रुवारी २०२४ चे २४.०० वाजेपावेतो मुंबई पोलीस काादा, १९५१ चे कलम ३७ (१) (३) चे आदेश लागू करण्ााची पोलीस अधीक्षक, नाशिक (ग्रामीण) ाांनी त्ाांचेकडील पत्र क्रमांक कक्ष-१४ / ३७ (१) (३) / ५९६ / २०२३, दिनांक १८ जानेवारी २०२४ अन्वो विनंती केली आहे.

वरील अहवालावरून माझी खात्री झाल्ााने, खालील दर्शविलेल्ाा कालावधीत नाशिक (ग्रामीण) जिल्ह्यात (पोलीस आाुक्त, नाशिक शहर ाांची हद्द वगळून) पोलिसांना काादा आणि सुव्ावस्थेची परिस्थिती हाताळण्ाास मदत व्हावी व शांतता राहावी म्हणून मी, राजें वाघ, अपर जिल्हादंडाधिकारी, नाशिक, मला मुंबई पोलीस काादा, १९५१ चे कलम ३७ (१) (३) नुसार प्राप्त झालेल्ाा अधिकारांचा वापर करून खालील कृत्ो करण्ाास मनाई करीत आहे.

(क) शस्त्रे, सोटे, तलवारी, भाले, दंडे, बंदुका, सुरे किंवा शारीरिक दुखापती करण्ाासाठी वापरात ोतील किंवा प्राणघातक असतील, अशी इतर कोणतीही वस्तू बरोबर घेऊन रिणे अगर बाळगणे;

(ख) कोणताही दाहक पदार्थ किंवा स्ोटक पदार्थ विनापरवानगी बरोबर नेणे;

BY PRINCIPAL DISTRICT AND

(ग) दगड किंवा क्षेपणास्त्रे, सोडावााची किंवा ेकावााची SESSIONS JUDGE

उपकरणे अथवा साधने घेऊ न रिणे अगर बाळगणे;

(घ) कोणत्ााही इसमाचे चित्राचे, प्रतिकात्मक प्रेताचे किंवा चित्राचे प्रतिकृतिक प्रदर्शन अगर दहन करणे;

(ड) विनापरवाना सार्वजनिकरित्ाा समाजात तेढ व क्लेश निर्माण होईल अशा घोषणा करणे, गाणी म्हणणे, वाे वाजविणे.

(च) सभ्ाता अगर नीतिविरुद्ध असतील अशी किंवा शांतता धोक्ाात आणतील अशी भाषणे करणे, हावभाव करणे अगर सोंग आणणे आणि तशी चिन्हे, लक लावणे किंवा इतर कोणताही जिन्नस अगर वस्तू ताार करणे अगर त्ााचा प्रसार करणेे.

हा आदेश शासनाच्ाा सेवेतील व्ाक्तींना व ज्ाांना आपल्ाा वरिष्ठांच्ाा आदेशानुसार कर्तव्ापूर्तीसाठी हत्ाारे बाळगणे आवश्ाक आहे अशा व धार्मिक र्कााक्रमातील इसमांना आवश्ाक असणारी शस्त्रे वापरण्ाास, तसेच शीख समाजाचे व्ाक्तींना कृपाण बाळगण्ाास प्रतिबंध असणार नाही.

तसेच मुंबई पोलीस काादा, कलम ३७ (३) अन्वो संबंधित तालुका र्कााकारी दंडाधिकारी ाांच्ाा नाशिक ग्रामीणकरिता पूर्वपरवानगीखेरीज मिरवणुकीस, मोर्चा, सभा इत्ाादींकरिता मनाई करीत आहे.

सदरहू निबध राष्ट्रीा सण, लग्नर्काा, धार्मिक सण व र्कााक्रम, आठवडे बाजार अगर प्रेताात्रेचे जमावास लागू होणार नाही. त्ााचप्रमाणे हा आदेश पोलीस अधिकारी व कामावर असलेल्ाा इतर शासकीा अधिकारी, कर्मचारी ाांना, तसेच सभा घेणेस अगर मिरवणुका काढणेस संबंधित तालुका र्कााकारी दंडाधिकारी ाांची रीतसर परवानगी घेतली आहे, अशा व्ाक्तींना लागू राहणार नाहीत.

सदरचा आदेश दिनांक २२ जानेवारी २०२४ चे ००.०० वाजेपासून ते दिनांक ५ ेब्रुवारी २०२४ चे २४.०० वाजेपावेतो संपूर्ण नाशिक जिल्ह्यात (पोलीस आाुक्त, नाशिक शहर ाांची हद्द वगळून) अंमलात राहील.

सदरचा आदेश आज दिनांक १९ जानेवारी २०२४ रोजी माझ्ाा सहीनिशी व शिक्क्ाानिशी दिला असे.
