(ख) उक्ता न्यायालयाच्या सवागसारणी अदिकारिरताेच्या स्थादिनांका सीमंा, अहुमंदानांगर दिजल्ह्याताील राहुाता या मंहुसुली तालुक्यामंध्ये समंादिवाष्ट असलेल्या क्षेत्रांशी समंव्यापी असताील आदिणी त्या स्थादिनांका सीमंांमंध्ये त्या मंहुसुली तालुक्यामंध्ये समंादिवाष्ट असलेल्या क्षेत्रांचा समंावाेशी असेल ; आदिणी

Maharashtra Civil Courts aCt.

No. Nyayastha-0123/C.R.04/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 19 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all other earlier notifications issued in this behalf ; in so far as they relate to the revenue taluka of Rahata in Ahmednagar District, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that, with effect from the 27 April, 2024.

(a) there shall be a Court at Rahata, in the revenue district of Ahmednagar and the said Court shall be presided over by the District Judge;

(b) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the said Court shall be co-extensive with and cover the areas comprising the revenue taluka of Rahata in Ahmednagar District; and (c) all the powers of the Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar in respect of the revenue tehsil of Rahata in Ahmednagar District shall vest in the said District Judge at Rahata, except those vested in the Principal District Judge under section 9 of the said Act and except his power to assign to the District Judge, at Rahata or withdraw unto himself or to assign to another Court of competent jurisdiction, such matters as he thinks fit.

Code of CriMinal ProCedure, 1973.

No. Nyayastha-0123/C.R.04/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 read with section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf ; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in that behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue taluka of Rahata in Ahmednagar District, the Government of Maharashtra, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby,with effect from the 27 April, 2024, creates Sessions sub-division for the revenue taluka of Rahata in Ahmednagar District and establishes a Court of Sessions at Rahata to be presided over by the Additional Sessions Judge, for trial of cases arising within the limits of the said Sessions sub-division. The Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, shall also be the Sessions Judge for the Sessions sub-division at Rahata, and shall have the powers to withdraw unto himself or assign to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, the cases from the said Sessions sub-division, or to assign unto the Assistant or Additional Sessions Judge at Rahata, any such cases as he thinks fit.
