No. ICE-0524/C.R.66/Lab-6.— In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A.1226/83/1119/2024, dated 8th May 2024, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint "Smt. Archana Chandrakant Raut, as Member, Industrial Court, Thane ".

The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
