NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra recognition of trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair LaboUr Practices act, 1971 No. ULP- 2024/ CR- 45/Labour-3.—With reference to the above mentioned notification, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoint the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Court in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 ( 1 of 1972).
