No. SPP. 2021/U.O.R-19/D-XIV.–– In view of the resignation tendered by Advocate Umeshchandra Yadav-Patil as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the case which is arising out of C. R. No. 478/2020 registered at Supa Police Station, district Ahmednagar.

The Government of Maharashtra has accepted the resignation tendered by Advocate Umeshchandra Yadav-Patil and hereby cancel the appointment of Advocate Umeshchandra Yadav-Patil as "Special Public Prosecutor" from made vide Law and Judiciary Department Notiﬁ cation No. SPP.-2021/U.O.R.- 19/D-XIV, dated 9th March 2021 with immediate eﬀect.
