No. MAT/MUM/ESTT/785/2024.—In view of appointment of Mr. Ashutosh Nilkanth Karmarkar as Judicial Member in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai vide Government of India Order No. A-11014/1/2024-AT, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Department of Personnel and Training, AT Division, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi, dated 5th July 2024, I, Justice Mridula Bhatkar, Chairperson, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, in exercise of the powers conferred on me vide the conditions of service governed by the provisions of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 and rules framed thereunder, in this regard, I hereby post Mr. Ashutosh Nilkanth Karmarkar as Judicial Member in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai with effect from the date he actually takes over the charge.

The Bharatiya Nagrik Surksha Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.S., 2023) and section 15 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheuled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989), the Goverement of Maharashtra hereby apoints Adv. Shri Rajesh Ratanlal Kale as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' for conducting the Sessions case No. C.R. No. 286/2020 pending before District and Sessions Court, Aurangabad which is arising out of C.R. No. 0017/2020 registered at Devgaon Police Station, Aurangabad, Gramin.

2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions Of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as quoted by Adv. Shri Rajesh Ratanlal Kale has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Laxman Bansi Lihinar to the Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No. 4779, dated 7th August 2024. The amount will be paid to Adv. Shri Rajesh Ratanlal Kale after completion of the case.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

Mahesh Manohar Mule as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' for conducting the case/s pending before Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hon'ble Session Court, Mumbai and High Court of Bombay which is/are arising out of No. C.R. No. 181/2007 registered at Pantnagar Police Station,Mumbai.

2. The fees of Adv. Mahesh Manohar Mule as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' shall be paid by Home Department.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions Of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

Hemlata Avinash Deshmukh as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' for conducting the case/s pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Thane and Sessions Court, District Thane which is/are arising out of A.T.S. C.R. No. 08/2022 registerted at A.T.S. Police Station Kalachouki, Mumbai.

2. The fees of Adv. Hemlata Avinash Deshmukh as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' shall be paid by Home Department as per the fee proposal agreed by Home Department and approved by this Department.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions Of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

No. 154/2024 registerted at Manpada Police Station, Thane City.

2. The fees of Adv. Sangita Eknath Phad as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' shall be paid by Home Department as per the approval of Law and Judiciary Department.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions Of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

क्रमांक डीएजे-२०२४/८३९/प्र.क्र. ८७/का-३.---- ज्याअर्थी, मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी १४ वा वित्त आयोग अंतर्गत खालील नमूद न्यायिक अधिकायांची न्यायाधिश, कौटुंबिक न्यायालय या पदावर नियुक्ती करावयाची शिफारस केली आहे.

त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे कौटुंबिक न्यायालय अधिनियम, १९८४ च्या कलम ३ अन्वये दिलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खालील नमूद न्यायिक अधिकायांची पदाचा कार्यभार ग्रहण केल्याच्या दिनांकापासून २ वर्षाच्या परिविक्षाधिन कालावधीकरिता न्यायाधिश, कौटुंबिक न्यायालय या पदावर नामनिर्देशनाने नियुक्ती करीत आहे :-----

उपरोक्त अ.क्र. १ येथील उमेदवाराची नियुक्ती ही स्थायी पदावर असून, उर्वरित ०९ उमेदवारांची नियुक्ती अस्थायी पदावर आहे. तसेच वरील न्यायिक अधिकायांची सेवाजेष्ठता उच्च न्यायालय ठरवेल त्याप्रमाणे राहील.

स्वरूपात प्रकाशित केले जातात ; त्यामुळे वरील बाबीसंबंधी सर्व संदर्भ निकालात निघाले आहेत असे समजण्यात यावे. अशा

अधिसूचनांमुळे त्यांच्या दुय्यम अधिकायांची कार्यमुक्ती व तत्सम बाबी यासंबंधी आनुषंगिक आदेश काढणे आवश्यक असल्यास
