No. Rule/P.1616/Notn.-05/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 4 of the Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at the High Court of Bombay (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2014 and in partial modification of the earlier High Court Notification No. Rule/P.1616/Notn.-02/2024, dated 7th March, 2024 regarding constitution of " The Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee" to deal with the complaints if any, of sexual harassment of any woman at work place, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to re-constitute " The High Court of Bombay Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee" for the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Nagpur as under :—
