Maharashtra shops and EstablishMEnt (rEgulation of EMployMEnt and Conditions of sErviCE) aCt, 2017.

No. MSA-07/2022/CR-134/Labour-10.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 33 of Maharashtra Shops and Establishment (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Mah.LXI of 2017), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification Industries, Energy, Labour & Mining Department, No.MSA-07 /2016/C.R.218/Labour-10, dated the 18th April, 2018, as follows :—

In the Schedule appended to the said notification, in entry at serial number.1,—

(i) in column (2), for the words "Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Special), Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai." the words "Assistant Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai." shall be substituted.

(ii) in column (3), for the words "Mumbai City and of Greater Mumbai Suburban Districts." the words "For their respective jurisdiction." shall be substituted.
