आदिण ज्याअथाी, श्रीमं. श्र्वेताली अदिभाजीता ठाकारे, यांचाी अथागशास्त्रा क्षेत्राताील ताज्ञ म्हुणूनां दिदानांांका १८ मंे २०२१ रोजीच्या जलसंपदा दिवभाग, शासनां अदिसूचानांा क्र. मंजदिनांप्रा. २०२०/(२७/२०२०) जसं (आस्था) द्वारे उक्ता प्रादिकारणाच्या सदास्या म्हुणूनां दिनांयुक्ताी कारण्याता आली आहुे;

आदिण ज्याअथाी, या प्रादिकारणावरील उक्ता सदास्य पदाचाी मंुदाता दिदानांांका २ जूनां २०२४ रोजी संपुष्टेंाता आली आहुे आदिण उक्ता प्रादिकारणावर सदास्याचाी दिनांयुक्ताी कारणे आवश्यका आहुे;

आदिण ज्याअथाी, उक्ता अदिदिनांयमंान्वये स्थापनां कारण्याता आलेल्या दिनांवड सदिमंताीनांे ताीनां वर्षांाच्या कालावीसाठी, उक्ता प्रादिकारणाच्या सदास्या म्हुणूनां पुनांदिनांगयुक्ताीसाठी श्रीमंताी श्र्वेताली अदिभाजीता ठाकारे यांच्या नांावाचाी दिशाफारस काेली;

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Water resources regulatory authority act, 2005.

No. MWRRA-2023/(66/23)/WR (Estt).— Whereas the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 (Mah. XVIII of 2005) has established the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority vide Government Notification No.MWRRA. Selection 2005/(78/2005) dated the 12th August 2005;

And whereas, Smt. Shwetali Abhijeet Thakare, an expert from the field of Economics has been appointed as the Member of the said Authority vide Government Notification, Water Resources Department, No. MWRRA.2020/(27/2020) WR(Estt), dated the 18th May 2021;

And whereas, the term of the office of the said Member of the said Authority was expired on the 2nd June 2024 and it is necessary to appoint a Member on the said Authority;

And whereas, the Selection Committee constituted under the said Act recommended the name of Smt.Shwetali Abhijeet Thakare, for the re-appointment, as Member of the said Authority, for a period of three years;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 read with clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 and the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby re-appoints Smt. Shwetali Abhijeet Thakare, an expert from the field of Economics as the Member of the said Authority for a period of three years from the date on which she enters upon the office or till she attains the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier.
