CORRIGENDUM

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.

No. IDC. 2022/(C.R.316)/IND-14.—Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2196/C.R.1401/IND -14, dated 12th July 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961(Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 18th July 1996 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter- VI of the said Act shall take effect in the areas mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act.

And Whereas, it is brought to the notice of the Government of Maharashtra that there is a difference in the measurements of certain areas of the said industrial area and in the areas confirmed for acquisition after actual joint measurement (revenue records in the forms VII and XII) of Village Deulgaon in Taluka Patur of District Akola, and the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to amend the said notification so as to mention the correct areas with respect to the said industrial area in the said notification ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 11th September 2024. amends the said notification, as follows, namely :—
