Rekha Sanjay Patil, Assistant Registrar, working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay and candidate at Sr. No. 1 on the Select List of Deputy Registrar is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Deputy Registrar", in the Pay Scale of J-4, Rs. 122700-180200 on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, purely on temporary basis, with effect from 2nd September, 2024 in the vacant post of Deputy Registrar subject to the result of litigation/representation pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Assistant Registrar and Deputy Registrar would be challenged.
