आदि ज्याअर्थी, उक्ता दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीा आदि सदार संस्र्थीेचाे अध्यक्ष, संचालका, व्यवैस्र्थीापीका, प्रवैतागका, भागीदार, सदास्य आदि संस्र्थीेचाे कामंगचारी यांनांी ठेवैीदारांकाडीूनां स्वैीकारलेल्या ठेवैी मंुदातापीूताीनांतार ठेवैीदारांनांा पीरता कारण्यास कासूर काेला असल्यानांे त्यांचाेदिवैरुद्ध फलटें पीोलीस ठेाे, सातारा येर्थीे गु.र.नां.४६७/२०२२आदि सातारा पीोलीस स्टेंेशनां येर्थीे ६२७/२०२२ भारताीय दांडी संदिहुता (सनां १८६० चा ४५) कालमं ४०६, ४०८, ४०९, ४२०, २०१, ४६५, ४६७, ४६८, ४७१, १२० ब आदि ३४ सहु मंहुाराष्ट्र ठेवैीदारांच्या (दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीामंधील) दिहुतासंबंधीाचाे संरक्ष अदिधीदिनांयमं, १९९९ (२००० चा मंहुाराष्ट्र १६) कालमं ३ अन्वैये गुन्हुा दाखल कारण्याता आला आहुे ;
आदि ज्याअर्थी, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनांाचाी अशी खात्राी झाली आहुे काी, उक्ता दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीा आदि सदार संस्र्थीेचाे अध्यक्ष, संचालका, व्यवैस्र्थीापीका, प्रवैतागका, भागीदार, सदास्य आदि काोताीहुी अन्य व्यक्ताी हुे ठेवैीदारांच्या मंागीनांुसार ठेवैी पीरता कारण्याता अपीयशी ठेरले असूनां उक्ता दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीांद्वारे ठेवैीदारांनांा ठेवैी पीरता कारण्याचाी शक्यता दिदासूनां येता नांाहुी ;
आदि ज्याअर्थी, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनांाला, उक्ता दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीा आदि संस्र्थीेचाे संचालका, प्रवैतागका, भागीदार, व्यवैस्र्थीापीका, सदास्य संस्र्थीेचाे कामंगचारी आदि संस्र्थीेचाे कामंगचारी आदि काोताीहुी अन्य व्यक्ताी यांनांी जमंा काेलेल्या ठेवैंमंधीूनां त्यांच्या स्वैता:च्या अर्थीवैा अन्य काोत्याहुी व्यक्ताीच्या नांावैे रक्कामं वै अन्य मंालमंत्तीा संपीादिदाता कारण्याता आली असल्याचाे अदिभाकादिर्थीता असल्यानांे, उक्ता दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीांमंधील ठेवैीदारांच्या दिहुताचाे संरक्ष कारण्याकारिरता अशी रक्कामं वै अन्य मंालमंत्तीा जप्ता कारण्याचाे आदि अशा जप्ता रक्कामं वै अन्य मंालमंत्तीा यावैर दिनांयंत्रा ठेवैण्याकारिरता उपीदिवैभागीय अदिधीकारी तार्थीा उपीदिवैभागीय दांडीादिधीकारी फलटें, दिजल्हुा सातारा यांचाी सक्षमं प्रादिधीकारी म्हुूनां दिनांयुक्ताी कारे आवैश्यका वैाटेंताे.
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, सप्टेंबर २३, २०२४/आश्विवन १, शके १९४६त्याअर्थी, आता, मंहुाराष्ट्र ठेवैीदारांच्या (दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीांमंधील) दिहुतासंबंधीाचाे संरक्ष अदिधीदिनांयमं, १९९९ (२००० चा मंहुाराष्ट्र १६) च्या कालमं ४चाे पीोटें-कालमं (१) वै कालमं ५ चाे पीोटें-कालमं (१) याद्वारे प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिधीकारांचा वैापीर कारूनां मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनां याद्वारे—
(अ) अनांुसूचाीता दिवैदिनांदिदागष्टें काेल्याप्रमंाे वैदाेहुी मंल्टेंीस्टेंेटें ॲग्रो काो.ऑपीरेटेंीव्हु सोसायटेंी या दिवैत्तीय संस्र्थीा आदि सदार संस्र्थीेचाे अध्यक्ष, संचालका, व्यवैस्र्थीापीका, प्रवैतागका, भागीदार, सदास्य आदि कामंगचारी काोताीहुी अन्य व्यक्ताी यांच्या नांावैे असलेली रक्कामं वै अन्य मंालमंत्तीा जप्ता कारीता आहुे ; आदि
(ब) सदार जप्ता रक्कामं वै अन्य मंालमंत्तीा यावैर दिनांयंत्रा ठेवैण्यासाठेी उपीदिवैभागीय अदिधीकारी तार्थीा उपीदिवैभागीय दांडीादिधीकारी फलटें, दिजल्हुा सातारा यांचाी सक्षमं प्रादिधीकारी म्हुूनां दिनांयुक्ताी कारीता आहुे.

Order
Maharashtra Protection of interest of DePositors (in financial establishMents) act, 1999.
No.MPID-1123/C.R.No.76/Pol-15.— Whereas, Vaidehi Multistate Agro co-operative Society, District Satara (hereinafter referred to as "the said Financial Establishment"), and its Chairman, Directors, Manager, Promoters, Partners and its employee responsible for its management has received deposits from depositors under the scheme to repay the deposits on maturity alongwith benefits promised thereof to the depositors ;
And whereas, an offence has been registered against the said Financial Eestablishment and its Chairman, Directors, Manager, Promoters, Partners and its employee and other persons at Phaltan Police station, Satara vide Complaint Register No.467/2022 and Satara Police Station p Complaint Register No.627/2022 under sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 201, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120 B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860) and section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000), that they have collected the deposits and have failed to repay the deposits after maturity ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that the said Financial Establishment and its Chairman, Directors, Manager, Promoters, Partners,its employee and other persons have failed to repay the deposits on demand by the depositors and the said Financial Establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to attach the monies or other properties believed to have been acquired by the said Financial Establishment and its Chairman, Directors, Manager, Promoters, Partners,its Employee and other Persons, either in their own name or in the name of any other person from out of the deposits collected by the said Financial Establishment, in order to protect the interest of the depositors of the said Financial Establishment and to appoint Sub-Divisional Officer and Sub-Divisional Magistrate Phaltan, District Satara as the Competent Authority to exercise control over the monies and other properties attached.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000), the Government of Maharashtra hereby,—
(a) attaches the monies and other properties Vaidehi Multistate Agro co-operative Society and its Chairman, Directors, Manager, Promoters, Partners,its employee and other persons, as specified in the Schedule appended hereto; and
(b) appoints Sub-Divisional Officer and Sub-Divisional Magistrate Phaltan, District Satara to be the Competent Authority to exercise control over the monies and other properties attached.
