No. MGST-1524/C.R-36/Taxation-1.— In the Government Notification of the Finance Department No. GST-1524/C.R.-28 (2)/ Taxation-1[No. 04/2024-State Tax (Rate)] dated the 23rd August, 2024, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extraordinary No. 316, dated the 23rd August, 2024,—
(1) In para B,—
(i) In clause (i), omit the words and figures "before the words "Heading 9972" ";
(ii) In clause (ii),—
(a) for the word "numbered" read the word "re-numbered";
(b) In Explanation 2, after clause (a), omit the word "and";
(2) In para C, in the table, in column (3) for the figure "90" read the word "ninety".
