(cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), ठाणे महानगरपािलक(cid:577)ने (यापुढ(cid:578) "उ(cid:242)त िनयोजन (cid:332)ािधकरण" असे िनद(cid:616)िशलेले), ित(cid:247)या अिधप(cid:257)याखालील (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाची (यापुढ(cid:578) "उ(cid:242)त (cid:550)े(cid:327)" असे उ(cid:269)लेखलेली), महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) (cid:332)ादेिशक िनयोजन व नगर रचना अिधिनयम,१९६६ (यापुढ(cid:578) "उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयम" असे िनद(cid:616)िशलेली), चे कलम-२३(१) व कलम- ३८ मधील तरतुदीनुसार (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प सुधारीत िवकास योजना, ठाणे महानगरपािलका (यापुढ(cid:578) "उ(cid:242)त (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प िवकास योजना" असे उ(cid:269)लेखलेली) तयार कर(cid:256)याचा इरादा सव(cid:593)साधारण सभेचा ठराव (cid:312).३८, िदनांक १९ मे २०१९ अ(cid:261)वये जाहीर क(cid:544)न (cid:257)याबाबतची सूचना महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन राजप(cid:327), असाधारण भाग-२ म(cid:260)ये िदनांक १७ जून २०२१ रोजी (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द क(cid:577)ली आहे;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमा(cid:247)या कलम-२४ (cid:247)या तरतुदीस अनुस(cid:543)न ठाणे महानगरपािलक(cid:577)ने उ(cid:242)त (cid:550)े(cid:327)ासाठी उ(cid:242)त (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प िवकास योजना तयार कर(cid:256)यासाठी उपसंचालक, नगर रचना, िवकास योजना, िवशेष घटक, ठाणे महानगरपािलका, ठाणे यांची "नगर रचना अिधकारी" (cid:266)हणून आदेश (cid:312). ९२/१३४५, िदनांक ३० जून २०२१ अ(cid:261)वये नेमणूक क(cid:577)ली ;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमातील तरतुदीनुसार कलम-२५ अ(cid:261)वये नगर रचना अिधकारी यांनी ठाणे महानगरपािलका ह(cid:459)ीतील (cid:550)े(cid:327)ाचे सव(cid:616)(cid:550)ण क(cid:544)न व (cid:257)यानूसार अ(cid:556)(cid:274)त(cid:257)वातील जमीन वापर नकाशा (ELU) तयार क(cid:543)न, सदर नकाशा हा िवहीत मुदतीत जा.(cid:312). तांि(cid:327)क/वैध.काय(cid:593)वाही/ह(cid:274)तांतरण/उसंनर-िवयोिवघ/११, िदनांक ८ फ(cid:577)(cid:334)ुवारी २०२२ अ(cid:261)वये ठाणे महानगरपािलका यांचेकड(cid:578) ह(cid:274)तांतरीत कर(cid:256)यात आला आहे.
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमातील कलम-२६(१) अ(cid:261)वये तरतुदीनुसार, नगर रचना अिधकारी तथा उपसंचालक, नगर रचना, िवकास योजना, िवशेष घटक, ठाणे महानगरपािलका, ठाणे यांनी, उ(cid:242)त (cid:332)ािधकरणाकड(cid:578) (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द कर(cid:256)यासाठी िदनांक १०ऑ(cid:242)टोबर २०२४ रोजी ह(cid:274)तांतरीत क(cid:577)ली आहे;
आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प सुधारीत िवकास योजना अिधिनयमातील कलम २६(१) अ(cid:261)वये (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द करणेक(cid:555)रताची मुदत, संचालक नगर रचना, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य, पुणे यांनी िदनांक १९जानेवारी २०२५ पय(cid:597)त वाढिवलेली आहे.

(cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त िनयोजन (cid:332)ािधकरण उ(cid:242)त (cid:332)ा(cid:543)प िवकास योजना, िवकास योजना अहवालासह उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमाचे कलम २६(१) अ(cid:261)वये, नागरीकांकड(cid:564)न सूचना/ हरकती मागिव(cid:256)यासाठी (cid:332)िस(cid:260)द करीत आहे. सदरहू योजनेसंबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजा(cid:247)या िदवशी काया(cid:593)लयीन वेळ(cid:578)त नाग(cid:555)रकां(cid:247)या अवलोकनाथ(cid:593), खाली नमूद क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या काया(cid:593)लयात उपल(cid:264)ध आहेत.

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Thane Municipal Corporation, Under
Section 26(1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act. 1966
No. TMC Hq-1/ TDD-29/1385 Whereas the Thane Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 38, dated 19th May 2021, had declared its intention to Revision of Draft Development Plan of Thane Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "area" ) as per the provision of section 23(1) read with section 38 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette extra-ordinary Part II on 17th June 2021;
And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, the Thane Municipal Corporation, vide Order No.92/1345, dt. 30th June 2021 has appointed Deputy Director, Town Planning, Development Plan, Special Unit, Thane Municipal Corporation as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;
And whereas, as per the provision in section 25, the Town Planning Officer and Deputy Director, Town Planning, Development Plan, Special Unit, Thane has handed over prepared Existing Land Use Map for Thane Municipal Corporation vide letter No. 11 on 8th February 2022;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Deputy Director, Town Planning, Development Plan, Special Unit, Thane Municipal Corporation has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 10th October 2024 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act;
And, whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune has extended the time limit for the publication of Draft Revised Development Plan under Section 26(1), upto 19th January 2025.
And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.357, dated 10th October 2024 to publish the said Draft (Revised) Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public.
Therefore, Thane Municipal Corporation, hereby publishes the said Draft (Revised) Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft (Revised) Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

Gazette. Suggestions/ objections received by the Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane within the period of the 60 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
