NOTIFICATION

Constitution of india.

No.VPM-2021/CR-45/PR-4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Administrator, discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Pune and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Borghar, and on demand of villagers of rest area Ambegaon in Ambegaon Tahasil of Pune District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 14th October, 2024, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages Borghar, Varsavne and rest area of Ambegaon of Ambegaon Tahasil, in Pune District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the village Borghar, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
