सदरचा आदेश आज दिनांक १८ सप्टेंबर २०२४ रोजी माझे सही-शिक्यानिशी व कार्यालयीन मुा ठसवून निर्गमित केला असे.

सदस्य व तत्कालीन सभासदांची जबाबदारी कायम ठेवण्यात येऊ न उपरोक्त परिच्ेदांमध्ये नमूद कारणास्तव सदर संस्थेचा व्यवहार / कारभार गुंडाळण्यात येत आहे आणि कलम १०३ (१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार श्रीमती अरूणा जाधव, उपलेखापरीक्षक अधीन अपर विशेष लेखापरीक्षक, वर्ग-२, सहकारी संस्था, धुळे यांची संस्थेचे अवसायक म्हणून नेमणूक करीत आहे.

तसेच, महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १०२ (२) मधील तरतुदीनुसार उक्त संस्थेस आणि सदर संस्थेच्या सर्व धनकोस र्माविण्यात येते की, या आदेशाच्या दिनांकापासून एक महिना मुदतीचे आत सदर अंतरिम आदेश कायम का करण्यात येऊ नये ? याबाबत त्यांचे लेखी म्हणणे / स्पष्टीकरण / बाजू आवश्यक त्या पुराव्यासह सदरचा आदेश मिळाल्यापासून एक महिन्याच्या आत या कार्यालयास सादर करावे. यात कसूर झाल्यास अगर दाखल केलेले लेखी म्हणणे / स्पष्टीकरण / बाजू समाधानकारक नसल्यास अगर पुराव्याखेरीज असल्यास आपले काहीएक म्हणणे नाही, असा निष्कर्ष काढून सदर संस्थेचा व्यवहार / कारभार बंद करणे या संबंधीचा अंतरिम आदेश कायम करणारा अंतिम आदेश देण्यात येईल, याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.

क्रमांक आस्था/क. १०२/अंतरिम आदेश/गायत्री म.उ.सह.सं./ ३१६०/सन २०२४.---- मी, गिरीश महाले, सहायक निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, शहादा, तालुका शहादा, जिल्हा नंदुरबार, मला प्राप्त विधीशक्तीचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १०२ (१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार गायत्री महिला उोग सहकारी संस्था मर्यादित, शहादा, तालुका शहादा, जिल्हा नंदुरबार या संस्थेचे समापन करणेसाठी समापनाचा अंतरिम आदेश देत आहे. तसेच महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १०३ (१) अन्वये सदर संस्थेवर अॅड. लोढा अनिलकुमार खुशालचंद, प्रॅक्टिसींग अॅडव्होकेट, नंदुरबार यांची णपरिशोधक (अवसायक) म्हणून नेमणूक करीत आहे.

तसेच असेही र्मविण्यात येते की, समापनाचा सदरचा अंतरिम आदेश कायम का करण्यात येऊ नये ? याबाबत सदर संस्थेचे आपले लेखी स्पष्टीकरण/खुलासा/म्हणणे आवश्यक त्या पुराव्यासह दिनांक १ ऑक्टोबर २०२४ रोजी कार्यालयीन वेळेत प्राप्त होईल अशा रीतीने दाखल करावे आणि दिनांक ४ ऑक्टोबर २०२४ रोजी वेळ दुपारी १२.३० वाजता स्वत: अथवा प्राधिकृत केलेल्या व्यक्तीर्मात निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार यांचे कार्यालयात सुनावणीसाठी हजर राहावे. सदर विहित मुदतीत आपले लेखी स्पष्टीकरण/ खुलासा/म्हणणे आवश्यक त्या पुराव्यासह प्राप्त न झाल्यास किंवा सादर करावयाचे नाही, असा निष्कर्ष नोंदवून सदरचा संस्था समापनाचा अंतरिम आदेश अंतिम करण्यात येईल.

सदरचा आदेश आज दिनांक ५ सप्टेंबर २०२४ रोजी माझ्या सही-शिक्क्यानिशी व कार्यालयीन मुेनिशी दिला असे.
