Reference : (1) Law and Judiciary Department Government Resolution No. SPC-1316/ C.R.205/D-9, dated 18.08.2017.
(2) Law and Judiciary Department Government Resolution No. FTC-1422/C.R.137/D-9, dated 03.07.2023.
(3) General Administration Department Government Resolution No.Misc 2715/C.R.100/13, dated 17.12.2016.
(4) High Court, Mumbai Letter No. A.5504/2024/2290, dated 24.10.2024.
No. SPC-1324/C.R.155/D-IX.— Whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to establish 18 Additional Courts viz. 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge and 04 Additional Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge under 14th Finance Commission temporarily for the period of 5 years, vide Government Resolution referred above at Sr. No.1;
And whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to extend the tenure of Additional Courts for further 2 years after completion of their earlier tenure of 5 years, vide Government Resolution referred above at Sr. No.2 ;
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, नोव्हांबरा १९, २०२४/कार्तिषक २८, शाके १९४६Now therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoint Shri Sayaji Bapurao Korhale, retired Judicial Officer to the temporary additional post of Extra Joint District Judge at Niphad, District Nashik for the period of one year from the date on which he assumes charge of his posting or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
On appointment as Extra Joint District Judge, the above retired Judicial Officer shall be entitled to pay and allowances as per the provisions mentioned in the Government Resolution dated 17th December 2016 referred above at Sr.3.
