Notice under Section 61(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
NOTICE
No. NPW-T.P.D.-TPS-1431-2024.—
Whereas, the Wani Municipal Council in accordance with the provisions of Section 60 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said act") declared it's intention to prepare the draft Town Planning Scheme Wani, Tq. Wani, Dist. Yavatmal (hereinafter referred to as "the said scheme") vide it's Administrative resolution No.01, dated 22nd September, 2023 and published a declaration to that effect the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Amaravati Divison, Supplement Part 28th December, 2023-03rd January, 2024 dated at page No. 07 and in the daily newspaper Lokamat and Hitavada dated 04th December, 2023 ;
And Whereas, in accordance with the provisons of Section 61(1) of the said Act the Wani Municipal Council has to Prepare and Publish the said scheme within a period of nine months from the date of declaration of intension to prepare the scheme, i.e. on or before 12th September 2024 (Excluding period due to enforcement of code of conduct of the General Parliamentary Election in Country) ;
And Whereas, in accordance with the provisions of Section 61(3) of the said Act, the Joint Director of Town Planning, Amaravati Division, Amaravati vide its order No. 1485, dated 11th December, 2024 in exercise of the powers delegated to him under Government Notification in Urban Development Depart- ment No.TPS-1813-3211-CR-508-UD-13, dated 01st December, 2016 has further extended 3 months time period (Excluding period due to enforcement of code of conduct of the General Legislative Assembly Election in State) from date 13th September 2024 to date 22nd January 2025 for preparing the said scheme and publishing a notice regarding its preparation ;
And whereas, the Municipal Council Wani has now prepared the said draft scheme in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and rules framed there under,३ द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ +द्धन्म््र ह्यम््र ान्म््र, ह्यरूदन् १६, २०२४/ + २५, ॅ १९४६ Now, therefore, under the provisions of the Section 61(1) of the said Act, the said draft scheme has been published in the office of the Municipal Council vide Administrative Resolution No. 01 Dated 12th December 2024.
A copy of the said draft scheme and plans thereof are kept open for inspection by the public during office hours on all working days in the office of the Municipal Council Wani. A copy of the plan and scheme book of the said scheme or part thereof can be obtained after payment of the prescribed fees.
In accordance with the provisons of Section 67 of the said Act, if within thirty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, any person affected by the said scheme communicates in writing (in duplicate) any objections relating to the said scheme to the Chief Officer, the Municipal Council, Wani shall Consider the same and modify the said draft scheme as it thinks fit, before submitting the said draft scheme under Section 68(1) of the said act, to the Government of sanction.
