No. PL(APP)/Steno/2024/ 7350-10145.— Ms. Komal Sonaji Kamble, Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is hereby relieved on 11th December, 2024 (A.O.H.), for joining her new appointment on the post of 'Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge' on the establishment of High Court Bench at Aurangabad.

ORDER
NO. PL(APP)/STENO/2024/ 7348-10149.— Smt. Ashvini Ganesh Narwade, Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is hereby relieved on 11th December, 2024 (A.O.H.), for joining her new appointment on the post of 'Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge' on the establishment of High Court Bench at Aurangabad.
Her lien on the post of 'Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge' on the establishment of High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay shall continue for a period of 2 years and after that period her lien will be terminated.

Shabnoor Ayub Pathan (Ms. Shabnoor Usmankhan Patel) as Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.
(5) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/ Steno/2022/4197, dated 21.09:2022 in respect of appointment of Ms. Ashvini Bappasaheb Kakde, Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.

Diwali Vacation : From Monday, 20 October, 2025 to Saturday, 01 November, 2025 (both days inclusive) (including Diwali Holidays from 20 October, 2025 to 24 October, 2025).
Christmas Vacation : From Thursday, 25 December, 2025 to Friday, 02 January, 2026 (both days inclusive).
5. During the Summer, Diwali and Christmas Vacations, the Offices on the Original Side will remain open daily from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. But no work, except of an urgent nature, will be received after 3.45 p.m.
The offices on the Appellate Side will also remain open daily from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the Summer, Diwali and Christmas Vacations. The Offices will however, remain closed for filing of Judicial matters, except the following :—
(a) Criminal cases.
(b) Applications in Civil Cases seeking urgent relief.
(c) Matters to which the provisions of Section 4 of the Limitation Act, 1963, are not applicable.
