No. ICM/Estt.1/1297.–– By virtue of the provisions contained in Regulations 11, 13, 18 and 19 of the Industrial Court Regulations framed under Bombay Industrial Relation Act, 1946, the President, Industrial Court, Maharashtra Mumbai, hereby notifies following days to be observed as Holidays by the Labour Courts, Industrial Courts at Mumbai, Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, Mumbai and Wage Boards, Mumbai during the Year-2025.

Industrial Courts and Labour Courts in the State of Maharashtra, except Mumbai, will observe Holidays, Summer and Christmas Vacation for the Year-2025, as declared by the respective District Courts.

The dates of Summer and Christmas Vacations for the Industrial Courts at Mumbai are as under :—

Summer Vaction : From Tuesday, 13th May 2025 to Sunday, 8th June 2025 (Both days inclusive)

Christmas Vaction : From Thursday, 25th December, 2025 to Wednesday, 31st December 2025,

(Both days inclusive)

During the Summer and Christmas Vactions the Offices of the Industrial Courts in the State of Maharashtra shall remain open from 10:30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on working day, but no work except of an urgent nature will be admitted after 3.00 p.m.

The Judges of the Labour Courts in the State of Maharashtra and Commissioners for Employee's Compensation, Mumbai may avail two weeks concessional off during the vacations.

The Industrial Courts and Labour Courts in the State of Maharashtra and Office of the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, Mumbai and Wage Boards, Mumbai, shall work on every Saturday except 2nd and 4th Saturday in every month in addition to other working days.

The list of holidays and vacations is likely to be modified as per the directions to be issued in near future by the Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition No. 1022/89 (All India Judges' Association Vs. Union of India and Others).

क्रमांक ना. बँका/१स-आ/संत जनाबाई बँक/क. २१/नोंदणी रद्द /२०२४/३४२१.---- महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम २१ अन्वये मला प्राप्त अधिकारानुसार मी, दिपक तावरे भा.प्र.से., सहकार आयुक्त व निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे असा आदेश देतो की, संत जनाबाई नागरी सहकारी बँक लि., गंगाखेड, परभणी (अवसायनात) (नोंदणी क्रमांक पी.बी.एन./जी.के.डी./बी.एन.के (आ) १२०१/ ९४-९५/९४, दिनांक ३० एप्रिल १९९४) या बँकेची नोंदणी रद्द करीत आहे. आदेशाच्या दिनांकापासून, सदर बँकेचे विसर्जन झाले आहे असे समजण्यात येईल व ती निगमनिकाय असण्याचे बंद होईल.

सदर बँकेची मत्ता, मालमत्ता व कारवाई योग्य दावे (Actionable Claims) शिल्लक असल्यामुळे त्यांचे रोखीकरणाची कार्यवाही करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था नियम, १९६१ चा नियम ८९(१७) अन्यवे श्री. एम. ए. भोसले, सहायक निबंधक (प्रशासन), सहकारी संस्था, परभणी यांची परिरक्षक (कस्टोडियन) म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे. सदर परिरक्षकाने संलग्न परिशिष्ट " अ " मधील नमूद मालमत्ता, येणी व कारवाईयोग्य दावे यांच्या रोखीकरणाची कार्यवाही विहीत रितीने पूर्ण करून याबाबतचा प्रगती अहवाल दर तिमाहीस सादर करावा.
