In the exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (I) of section 25 read with section 22 (1) of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (No. 19 of 2019), I, C.P Radhakrishnan, the Governor of Maharashtra, do hereby authorize Shri Sanjay Kumar, Member of the Maharashtra State Human Right Commission, to act as the Chairperson of the Maharashtra State Human Right Commission with effect from the date of issue of this notification, until further order.
Given at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai, this the 23rd day of December 2024.
