क्रमंांका दिवासयो-२०२४/प्र.क्र.८२/दिवासयो.– ज्येाअर्थी, सेवा दिकांवा लाभा अथवा अथगसहुाय्य दाेण्यासाठी ओळख पटदिवाणारा दास्ताऐवाज म्हुणाूनां, आधारचा वापर काेल्यामंुळे, शासनांाचाी सुपूदागगी प्रदिक्रया सोपी हुोताे, त्याता पारदाशागकाता येताे वा कायगक्षमंता वाढताे, आदिणा एखाद्या व्यक्ताीचाी ओळख पटदिवाण्यासाठी बहुदिवाधा दास्ताऐवाज सादार कारण्याचाी गरज टाळूनां लाभार्थ्यांयानांा सोईस्कार वा अखंदिता रीताीनांे त्यांचाे हुक्का थेट प्राप्ता हुोणाे शाक्य हुोताे;
आकिंण ज्येाअर्थी, सामंादिजका न्याय वा दिवाशाेष सहुाय्य दिवाभाग (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेशा "दिवाभाग" असा काेला आहुे),– (का) १८ ताे ६५ वायाच्या पात्रा दिनांराधार स्त्राी वा पुरुष, १८ वाषे वायाखालील अनांाथ, दिदाव्यांग वा दिसकाल सेल रोगानांे वा अन्य काोणात्याहुी दाुधागर रोगानांे ग्रस्ता असलेली मंुले, सवाग प्रकारच्या दिदाव्यांग व्यक्ताी, क्षयरोग, काकाकरोग, एड्स वा काुष्ठीरोग यांसारख्या रोगांनांी ग्रस्ता असलेल्या आदिणा सावागजदिनांका आरोग्य दिवाभागानांे दिवादिनांदिदागष्ट काेलेल्या दिसकाल सेल रोगानांे वा इतार काोणात्याहुी दाुधागर रोगानांे ग्रस्ता असलेल्या आदिणा, त्यामंुळे कामं कारण्यास अक्षमं असलेल्या स्त्रिस्त्राया वा पुरुष, दिनांराधार दिवाधावा, घटस्फोदिटता मंदिहुला आदिणा पोटगी नां दिमंळणाऱ्या घटस्फोट प्रदिक्रया चालू असलेल्या मंदिहुला, दाेहुदिवाक्रीताील अत्याचार पीदिता वा पुनांवागसनां काेलेल्या मंदिहुला, पुरुष, स्त्रिस्त्राया वा ताृताीयपंथी, दाेवादासी, ३५ वाषे वायावारील अदिवावादिहुता स्त्रिस्त्राया, काैद्यांच्या पत्नांी इत्यादांनांा दारमंहुा रुपये १,५००/- इताकाे दिवात्तीय सहुाय्य पुरदिवाण्यासाठी " संजय गांधाी दिनांराधार अनांुदानां योजनांा " (याता यापुढे दिजचा दिनांदाेशा "योजनांा-एका" असा काेला आहुे); आदिणा

भाग चार-अ-३–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, जानेवाराी ७, २०२५/पौर्ष १७, शाके १९४६ (ख) ६५ वाषे वा त्यावारील वायाच्या पात्रा ज्येष्ठी नांागरिरकांनांा दारमंहुा रुपये १,५००/- इताकाे दिवात्तीय सहुाय्य पुरदिवाण्यासाठी "श्रावाणाबाळ सेवा राज्य दिनांवाृदित्तीवाेतानां योजनांा" (याता यापुढे दिजचा दिनांदाेशा " योजनांा-दाोनां " असा काेला आहुे), राबवाीता आहुे;
या योजनांा संबंदिधाता दिजल्हुादिधाकाऱ्यांद्वारे (याता यापुढे दिजचा दिनांदाेशा " अंमंलबजावाणाी अदिभाकारणा " असा काेला आहुे) राबदिवाण्याता येता आहुेता;
आकिंण ज्येाअर्थी, दाोन्हुी योजनांाअंतागगता,–
(एका) १८ ताे ६५ वायाच्या पात्रा दिनांराधार स्त्राी वा पुरुष, १८ वाषे वायाखालील अनांाथ, दिदाव्यांग वा दिसकाल सेल रोगानांे वा अन्य काोणात्याहुी दाुधागर रोगानांे ग्रस्ता असलेली मंुले, सवाग प्रकारच्या दिदाव्यांग व्यक्ताी, क्षयरोग, काकाकरोग, एड्स वा काुष्ठीरोग यांसारख्या रोगांनांी ग्रस्ता असलेल्या आदिणा सावागजदिनांका आरोग्य दिवाभागानांे दिवादिनांदिदागष्ट काेलेल्या दिसकाल सेल रोगानांे वा इतार काोणात्याहुी दाुधागर रोगानांे ग्रस्ता असलेल्या आदिणा, त्यामंुळे कामं कारण्यास अक्षमं असलेल्या स्त्रिस्त्राया वा पुरुष, दिनांराधार दिवाधावा, घटस्फोदिटता मंदिहुला आदिणा पोटगी नां दिमंळणाऱ्या घटस्फोट प्रदिक्रया चालू असलेल्या मंदिहुला, दाेहुदिवाक्रीताील अत्याचार पीदिता वा पुनांवागसनां काेलेल्या मंदिहुला, पुरुष, स्त्रिस्त्राया वा ताृताीयपंथी, दाेवादासी, ३५ वाषे वायावारील अदिवावादिहुता स्त्रिस्त्राया, काैद्यांच्या पत्नांी इत्यादाी (याता यापुढे ज्यांचा दिनांदाेशा "योजनांा-एकाचाे" लाभाथी असा काेला आहुे); आदिणा

यांसारख्या पात्रा लाभार्थ्यांयानांा, योजनांेच्या दिवाद्यामंानां मंागगदाशागका तात्त्वांनांुसार अंमंलबजावाणाी प्रादिधाकारणाद्वारे दारमंहुा रुपये १५००/- इताकाे दिवात्तीय सहुाय्य (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेशा, "लाभा" असा काेला आहुे) पुरदिवाले जाता आहुे;
आकिंण ज्येाअर्थी, उपरोक्ता दाोन्हुी योजनांांमंध्ये, मंहुाराष्ट्र राज्याच्या एकादित्राता दिनांधाीमंधाूनां काेलेल्या आवाताी खचागचा समंावाेशा हुोताो;
त्येाअर्थी आता, आधार (दिवात्तीय वा इतार अथगसहुाय्य, लाभा वा सेवा यांचाे लदियता दिवातारणा) अदिधादिनांयमं, २०१६ (२०१६ चा १८) (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेशा, "उक्ता अदिधादिनांयमं" असा काेला आहुे) याच्या कालमं ७ च्या तारताुदांनांुसार, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनां, याद्वारे, पुढीलप्रमंाणाे अदिधासूदिचाता कारीता आहुे :–
१. (१) संबंदिधाता योजनांेखालील लाभा दिमंळण्यास पात्रा असलेल्या व्यक्ताीनांे, आधार क्रमंांका धारणा काेल्याचा दिकांवा आधार क्रमंांकाचाे अदिधाप्रमंाणानां काेल्याचा पुरावा सादार कारणाे आवाश्यका असेल.
(२) संबंदिधाता योजनांेखालील लाभा दिमंळण्यासाठी इच्छुका असणारी जी काोणाताीहुी व्यक्ताी, जी आधार क्रमंांका धारणा कारीता नांाहुी अथवा, दिजनांे अद्याप आधार क्रमंांका दिमंळण्यासाठी नांावा नांदाणाी काेलेली नांाहुी, अशा काोणात्याहुी व्यक्ताीनांे, या योजनांेकारिरता नांदाणाी कारण्यापूवाी आधार क्रमंांकाच्या नांावा नांदाणाीसाठी अजग कारणाे आवाश्यका असेल, परंताु, ताो/ताी, उक्ता अदिधादिनांयमंाच्या कालमं ३ नांुसार आधार क्रमंांका दिमंळण्यासाठी हुक्कादार असावाी, आदिणा अशाी व्यक्ताी, आधार क्रमंांका नांावा नांदाणाी कारण्यासाठी काोणात्याहुी आधार नांावा नांदाणाी कांद्राला [ भारताीय दिवादिशाष्ट ओळख प्रादिधाकारणा (युआयीएआय) संकाेतास्थळ: www.uidai.gov.in या संकाेतास्थळावार सूचाी उपलब्धा आहुे ] भाेट दाेईल.
(३) आधार (नांावा नांदाणाी वा अद्यायावाता कारणाे) दिवादिनांयमं, २०१६ याच्या दिवादिनांयमं १२ नांुसार, दिवाभागानांे, त्याच्या अंमंलबजावाणाी अदिभाकारणामंाफोकता, ज्यांनांी अद्याप आधारसाठी नांावा नांदाणाी काेलेली नांाहुी अशा लाभार्थ्यांयाकारिरता आधार नांावा नांदाणाी सुदिवाधा दाेऊ कारणाे आवाश्यका आहुे आदिणा जर, संबंदिधाता गटाता दिकांवा तालुक्याता दिकांवा ताहुसीलाता काोणाताेहुी आधार नांावा नांदाणाी कांद्रा स्त्रिस्थता नांसेल तार, दिवाभाग, त्याच्या अंमंलबजावाणाी अदिभाकारणामंाफोकता, युआयीएआयच्या दिवाद्यामंानां दिनांबंधाकाच्या समंन्वायानांे दिकांवा ताे स्वाताःचा युआयीएआयचाे दिनांबंधाका हुोऊनां सोयीच्या दिठीकाणाी आधार नांावा नांदाणाी सुदिवाधा पुरवाील:
परंताु, व्यक्ताीस, आधार क्रमंांका नांेमंूनां दाेण्याच्या वाेळेपयता, पुढील दास्ताऐवाज सादार कारण्याच्या अधाीनां राहुूनां, अशा व्यक्ताीस, या योजनांेखालील लाभा दाेण्याता येताील.–
(एका) १८ वाषे वायाखालील मंुलांसाठी :–
(का) जर बालकानांे वायाचाी पाचा वाषे पूणाग काेल्यानांतार आधारचाी नांदाणाी काेलेली असेल तार, त्याचाी आधार नांदाणाी ओळख स्लीप दिकांवा अद्यायावाता बायोमंेट्रीका ओळख स्लीप; आदिणामहाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, जानेवाराी ७, २०२५/पौर्ष १७, शाके १९४६ ३ (ख) पुढील दास्ताऐवाजांपैकाी, काोणाताहुी एका दास्ताऐवाज :–
(एका) जन्मं दाखला दिकांवा समंुदिचाता प्रादिधाकारणानांे दिदालेली जन्मंनांदा; दिकांवा
(दाोनां) शाळेच्या प्राचायानांी यथोदिचाता स्वाक्षरी काेलेले, आई-वादिलांच्या नांावासहु असलेले शाळेचाे ओळखपत्रा; आदिणा
(ग) योजनांेच्या दिवाद्यामंानां मंागगदाशागका तात्त्वांनांुसार, लाभार्थ्यांयाचाे आई-वाील दिकांवा कायदाेशाीर पालका यांच्याशाी असलेल्या नांाताेसंबंधांचा पुरावा म्हुणाूनां पुढील दास्ताऐवाजांपैकाी काोणाताेहुी एका दास्ताऐवाज :–
(एका) जन्मं दाखला दिकांवा समंुदिचाता प्रादिधाकारणानांे दिदालेली जन्मंनांदा; दिकांवा
(दाोनां) दिशाधापदित्राका; दिकांवा
(ताीनां) मंाजी सैदिनांका अंशादानां आरोग्य योजनांा (इ सी एचा एस) पत्रा; दिकांवा कामंगचारी राज्य दिवामंा मंहुामंळ (इ एस आय सी) पत्रा; दिकांवा कांद्रा सरकार आरोग्य योजनांा (सी जी एचा एस) पत्रा; दिकांवा
(चार) दिनांवाृदित्तीवाेतानां पत्रा; दिकांवा
(पाचा) सैदिनांकाी काॅन्टीनांचाे पत्रा; दिकांवा
(सहुा) काोणाताेहुी शासकाीय काुटु ब हुक्कादारी पत्रा; दिकांवा
(साता) दिवाभागाद्वारे दिवादिनांदिदागष्ट काेलेले इतार काोणाताेहुी दास्ताऐवाज;
(दाोनां) १८ वाषे वायावारील लाभार्थ्यांयासाठी :–

(नांऊ) दिवाभागानांे दिवादिनांदिदागष्ट काेलेले इतार काोणाताहुी दास्ताऐवाज:
परंताु आणाखी असे काी, दिवाभागानांे त्या प्रयोजनांाथग दिवाशाेषरिरत्या पदादिनांदाेदिशाता काेलेल्या अदिधाकाऱ्याद्वारे वारील दास्ताऐवाज तापासण्याता येताील.
२. जेव्हुा लाभार्थ्यांयाच्या दिनांकाृष्ट बायोमंेदिट्रक्समंुळे दिकांवा इतार काोणात्याहुी कारणांमंुळे आधार अदिधाप्रमंाणानां दिनांष्फोळ ठीरेल ताेव्हुा, अशा सवाग प्रकारणाी, पुढील सुधारात्मंका कायगतांत्रांचा अंगीकार कारण्याता येईल :–
(का) बोटाच्या ठीशांचा दाजाग दिनांकाृष्ट असेल त्या बाबताीता, अदिधाप्रमंाणानांासाठी ोळ्यांताील बुब्बुळाचाी प्रदितामंा स्काॅनां कारण्याचाी (आयरिरस स्काॅनां) दिकांवा चाेहुऱ्याचाे अदिधाप्रमंाणानां कारण्याचाी सुदिवाधा अंगीकारण्याता येईल, त्याद्वारे, दिवाभाग, त्यांच्या अंमंलबजावाणाी अदिभाकारणामंाफोकता, अखंरीताीनांे लाभा दाेण्यासाठी बोटांच्या ठीशांच्या अदिधाप्रमंाणानांासहु ोळ्यांताील बुब्बुळाचाी प्रदितामंा स्काॅनां कारण्यासाठी (आयरिरस स्काॅनांर) दिकांवा चाेहुऱ्याचाे अदिधाप्रमंाणानां कारण्यासाठी तारताुदाी कारील;
भाग चार-अ-३–१अ४ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, जानेवाराी ७, २०२५/पौर्ष १७, शाके १९४६ (ख) बोटाचाे ठीसे घेणाे दिकांवा ोळ्यांताील बुब्बुळाचाी प्रदितामंा स्काॅनां (आयरिरस स्काॅनां) कारणाे दिकांवा चाेहुऱ्याचाे अदिधाप्रमंाणानां कारणाे यांमंाफोकता बायोमंेदिट्रका अदिधाप्रमंाणानां यशास्वाी हुोता नांसेल त्याबाबताीता, जेव्हुा जेव्हुा सुसाध्य वा अनांुज्ञेय असेल ताेव्हुा, आधार एका वाेळ परवालीचा शाब्दा (वानां टाइमं पासवाट), दिकांवा यथास्त्रिस्थदिता, मंयागदिदाता काळासाठी वाैधाता असलेला वाेळ आधारिरता एका वाेळ परवालीचा शाब्दा (वानां टाइमं पासवाट) याद्वारे अदिधाप्रमंाणानां कारण्याता येईल;
(ग) जेव्हुा बायोमंेदिट्रका दिकांवा आधार एका वाेळ परवालीचा शाब्दा (पासवाट) दिकांवा वाेळ आधारिरता एका वाेळ परवालीचा शाब्दा (पासवाट) शाक्य नांसेल ताेव्हुा अशा इतार सवाग बाबताीता, योजनांेखालील लाभा, प्रत्यक्ष आधारपत्राच्या आधारे दाेता येताील, त्याचाी अदिधाप्रमंाणाता, आधारपत्रावार मंुदिद्राता काेलेल्या शाीघ्र प्रदितासादा संकाेतांकामंाफोकता (क्यूआरकाो) पताळता येऊ शाकाेल आदिणा दिवाभागाद्वारे, त्याच्या अंमंलबजावाणाी अदिभाकारणामंाफोकता, सोईस्कार दिठीकाणाी शाीघ्र प्रदितासादा संकाेतांका (क्यूआरकाो) वाचाकाचाी आवाश्यका ताी व्यवास्था कारण्याता येईल.
३. वारील गोष्टंदिशावाय, काोणाताहुी खरा लाभाथी, या योजनांेखालील त्याच्या उदिचाता लाभापासूनां वांदिचाता राहुणार नांाहुी याचाी सुदिनांस्त्रिश्चाताी कारण्याच्या दाृष्टीनांे, दिवाभाग, त्यांच्या अंमंलबजावाणाी अदिभाकारणामंाफोकता, थेट लाभा हुस्तांतारणा (ीबीटी) अदिभायानां, काॅदिबनांेट सदिचावालय, भारता सरकार, क्रमंांका ी-२६०११/०४/२०१७/ी बी टी, दिदानांांका १९ दिसंबर, २०१७ च्या कायागलयीनां ज्ञेापनांाता नांमंूदा काेल्यानांुसार अपवादा हुाताळणाी यंत्राणाेचाे अनांुपालनां कारील.
४. हुी अदिधासूचानांा, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रदिसद्ध झाल्याच्या दिदानांांकापासूनां अंमंलाता येईल.

AAdhAr (TArgeTed delivery of finAnciAl And oTher SubSidieS, benefiTS And ServiceS) AcT, 2016.
No. visayo-2024/CR 82/visayo.–Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as an identity document for delivery of services or benefits or subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency and enables beneficiaries to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner by obviating the need for producing multiple documents to prove one's identity;
And whereas, the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department (hereinafter referred to as "the Department") is administering.–
(a) the 'Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Anudan Yojna' Scheme (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme-I") to provide monthly financial assistance of Rs.1,500/-p.m. to eligible destitute men and women aged 18 to 65 years, below 18 year orphans, disables and children suffering from sickle cell disease and any other malignant diseases, persons with all types of disabilities, men and women suffering from and unable to work due to diseases such as tuberculosis, cancer, AIDS, and leprosy and those suffering from sickle cell disease and any other malignant diseases specified by the Public Health Department, destitute widows, divorced women and in divorce process women not receiving alimony, women victims who are abused and rehabilitated from prostitution, men, women and transgenders, devdasis, unmarried women above 35 years, wives of prisoners etc., and
(b) the 'Shravanbal Seva Rajya Nivruttivetan Yojana' Scheme (hereinafter referred to as "Scheme-II") to provide monthly financial assistance of Rs. 1,500/-p.m. to eligible senior citizens aged 65 years and above.
These Schemes are implemented by the respective Collector (hereinafter referred to as "the implementing Agency");
And whereas, under both the Scheme, financial assistance Rs. 1,500/- per month is provided (hereinafter referred to as "the benefit") to the eligible beneficiaries such as,–
(i) destitute men and women aged 18 to 65 years, below 18 year orphans, disables and children suffering from sickle cell disease and any other malignant diseases, persons with all types of disabilities, men and women suffering from and unable to work due to diseases such as tuberculosis, cancer, AIDS, and leprosy and those suffering from sickle cell disease and any other malignant diseases specified by the Public Health Department, destitute widows, divorced women and in divorce process women not receiving alimony, women victims who are abused and rehabilitated from prostitution, men, women and transgenders, devdasis, unmarried women above 35 years, wives of prisoners etc. (hereinafter referred to as "the beneficiaries" of the Scheme-I) and;

by the implementing Agency as per the extant Scheme guidelines;
And whereas, the both the Schemes involve recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of the State of Maharashtra :
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of the section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") the Government of Maharashtra hereby notifies the following, namely :– 1. (1) An individual eligible for receiving the benefit under the respective Scheme, shall be required to furnish proof of possession of Aadhaar Number or undergo Aadhaar authentication;
६ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, जानेवाराी ७, २०२५/पौर्ष १७, शाके १९४६(2) Any individual desirous of availing benefit under the respective Scheme, who does not possess the Aadhaar number or has not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, shall be required to make application for Aadhaar Enrolment before registering for the scheme provided that he/she is entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section 3 of the said Act, and such individual shall visit any Aadhaar enrolment centre [ List available at Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website: www.uidai.gov.in to get enrolled for Aadhaar];
(3) As per regulation 12 of Aadhaar (Enrolment and Update) Regulations, 2016, the Department through its implementing Agency, is required to offer enrolment facilities for the beneficiaries who are not yet enrolled for Aadhaar and in case there is no Aadhaar enrolment centre located in the respective Block or Taluka or Tehsil, the Department through its implementing Agency shall provide Aadhaar enrolment facilities at convenient locations in coordination with the existing Registrars of UIDAI or by becoming UIDAI registrar itself:
Provided that, till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, the benefit under the Scheme, shall be given to such individual, subject to the production of the following documents, namely :–
(I) For children below 18 years of age :–
(a) if the child has been enrolled after attaining the age of five years (with biometrics collection), his Aadhaar Enrolment Identification slip, or of biometric update identification slip; and
(b) any one of the following documents, namely:-
(i) Birth Certificate; or Record of birth issued by the appropriate authority; or (ii) School identity card, duly signed by the Principal of the School, containing parents' names; and
(c) any one of the following documents as proof of relationship of the beneficiary with the parent or legal guardian as per the extant Scheme guidelines, namely :– (i) Birth Certificate; or Record of birth issued by the appropriate authority; or (ii) Ration Card; or
(iii) Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health;
Scheme (ECHS) Card; or Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Card; or Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Card; or
(iv) Pension Card; or
(v) Army Canteen Card; or
(vi) any Government Family Entitlement Card; or
(vii) any other document as specified by the Department;
(II) For beneficiaries above 18 years of age :–
(a) If he/she has enrolled, the Aadhaar Enrolment Identification Slip; and (b) any of the following documents, namely :–
(i) Bank or Post Office Passbook with photo; or
(ii) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card; or
(iii) Passport; or महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधाराण भाग चारा-अ, जानेवाराी ७, २०२५/पौर्ष १७, शाके १९४६ ७ (vii) Kisan Photo Passbook; or
(viii) Driving License issued by the Licensing Authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988); or
(ix) any other document as specified by the Department:
Provided further that, above documents shall be checked by an Officer specifically designated by the Department for that purpose.
2. In all cases, where Aadhaar authentication fails due to poor biometrics of the beneficiaries or due to any other reason, the following remedial mechanisms shall be adopted, namely :– (a) in case of poor fingerprint quality, Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) scan or face authentication facility shall be adopted for authentication, thereby the Department through its implementing Agency shall make provisions for (IRIS) scanners or face authentication along with finger-print authentication for delivery of benefits in a seamless manner;
(b) in case the biometric authentication through fingerprints or Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) scan or face authentication is not successful, whenever feasible and admissible authentication by Aadhaar One-Time Password or Time-based One-Time Password with limited time validity, as the case may be, shall be offered;
(c) in all other cases where biometric or Aadhaar One-Time Password or Time-based One-Time Password authentication is not possible, benefit under the Scheme may be given on the basis of physical Aadhaar letter whose authenticity can be verified through the Quick Response (QR) Code printed on the Aadhaar letter and the necessary arrangement of Quick Response Code reader shall be provided at the convenient locations by the Department through its implementing Agency.
3. In addition to the above, in order to ensure that no bona-fide beneficiary under the Scheme is deprived of his due benefit, the Department through its implementing Agency shall follow the exception handling mechanism as outlined in the Office Memorandum of Direct Benefit Transfer Mission, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, No. D-26011/04/2017-DBT, dated 19 December 2017.
4. This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
