No. WZC- 3824/C.R.161/JAPUK (29).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b), of sub-section (1) of section 16 of the State Reorganisation Act, 1956 (37 of 1956) and in supersession of orders issued by Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. GAD- 49038/3/2023-GAD(Desk-29), dated the 24th August, 2023, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to nominate the following members from the Council of Ministers of the State, as the member of Zonal Council for Western Zone comprising of the States of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and Union Territories of Daman and Diu, Dadara and Nagar Haveli :—
(1) Shri Eknath Gangubai Sambhaji Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister,
Urban Development, Housing, Public Works (Public Undertakings), Government of Maharashtra.
(2) Shri Ajit Ashatai Anantrao Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister,
