In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made to Rule 3 (a) Sr. No. 12A (of Group 'D'), Rule 42A and Schedule-I (Pay-Scale) and Schedule-II (Strength of staff) of the Bombay High Court Original Side Service Rules, 2002 :
