क्रमांका व्हिहुएचाडी-२०२४/प्र.क्र.२५/पदाुमा-४.— माहुाराष्ट्र प्राणी संरक्षणी अदिदिनांयमा, १९७६ (१९७७ चा माहुा. ९) याच्या कालमा १६ च्या पोट-कालमा (१) आदिणी पोट-कालमा (२) माील खंडी (अ) वा (ब) यांद्वारे प्रदानां काेलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां, माहुाराष्ट्र शासंनां, याद्वारे, माहुाराष्ट्र प्राणी संरक्षणी दिनांयमा, १९७८ या माध्ये आणीखंी संुारणीा कारण्यासंाठी प्रस्तादिवाता काेलेल्या दिनांयमांचाे पुढील प्रारुप, त्यामाुळे बादिता हुोण्याचा संभावा असंलेल्या संवाग यक्तांच्या मादिहुताीसंाठी, उक्ता अदिदिनांयमाच्या कालमा १६ च्या पोट-कालमा (१) द्वारे आवाश्यका असंल्याप्रमाणीे, माहुाराष्ट्र शासंनांानांे प्रदिसंद्ध कारीता आहुे; आदिणी याद्वारे अशाी नांोटीसं दाेण्याता येताे काी, उक्ता दिनांयमांचाे प्रारूप, दिदानांांका ३ माचाग, २०२५ रोजी दिकांवा त्यानांतार, माहुाराष्ट्र शासंनांाद्वारे दिवाचाराता घेण्याता येईल.

२. उक्ता प्रारूपाच्या बाबताीता, उपरोक्ता दिदानांांकासं दिकांवा त्यापूवाी, काोणीत्याहुी यक्ताीकाडीूनां, संदिचावा, पशाुसंवागनां, दाुग्यवासंाय ंबई ४०० ०३२ यांच्याकाडीे दिवाकासं वा मात्स्ययवासंाय दिवाभाग, मांत्रालय (दिवास्तार), हुतात्मा राजगुरू चाौका, मादामा कामा मागग, मांत्रालय, माु प्राप्ता झालेले काोणीताेहुी आक्षेप दिकांवा संूचानांा, शासंनांाकाडीूनां दिवाचाराता घेण्याता येताील.

प्ारुप किंनयेम

१. या दिनांयमांसं, माहुाराष्ट्र प्राणी संरक्षणी (संुारणीा) दिनांयमा, २०२५ असंे म्हुणीावाे. २. माहुाराष्ट्र प्राणी संरक्षणी दिनांयमा, १९७८ (याता यापुढीे ज्याचा दिनांदाेशा, "माुख्य दिनांयमा" असंा काेला आहुे) याच्या दिनांयमा ३ माील, "वाीसं रुपये" या माजकाुराऐवाजी, "दाोनांशाे रुपये" हुा माजकाुर दाखंल कारण्याता येईल.

३. माुख्य दिनांयमांसं जोडीलेल्या अनांुसंूचाीमाध्ये, प्रमाणीपत्राच्या नांमाुन्यामाील, नांदा ४ माध्ये "वाीसं रुपये" या माजकाुराऐवाजी "दाोनांशाे रुपये" हुा माजकाुर दाखंल कारण्याता येईल.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra aniMal Preservation act, 1976.

No. VHD-2024/C.R.25/ADF.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1976 (Mah. IX of 1977), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Rules, 1978, is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 16 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after 03rd March, 2025.

Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032 from any person with respect to the said draft on or before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT RULES

1. These rules may called the Maharashtra Animal Preservation (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

2. In rule 3 of the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Rules, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Rules"), for the words "rupees twenty" the words "rupees two hundred" shall be substituted.

3. In the Schedule appended to the principal Rules, in the Form of Certificate, in entry 4, for the words "rupees twenty" the words "rupees two hundred shall be substituted."
