महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१.
ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र.म.औ.धो.-१९१६/प्र.क्र. २२१/उद्योग-२, दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये महाराष्ट्राचे लॉजिस्टीक पार्क धोरण-२०१८ जाहीर करणेत आले. (यापुढे उक्त धोरण असे नमूद केले आहे) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, राज्य शासनाने कमीत कमी ५ एकर (२ हेक्टर) जमिनीवर व किमान १५ मी. रुंदीचा पोहोच रस्ता असलेल्या क्षेत्रावर एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टीक पार्क विकसित करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. नगरविकास विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस-१८१८/ अनौसं/१३/प्र. क्र. १०५/नवि-१३, दिनांक १३ जून २०१८ महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या सुधारित विकास नियंत्रण नियमावलीतील नियम क्र. १८.५ (A) च्या प्रमाणे अंमलबजावणी करावयाची आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३(१-ब) नुसार महामंडळ कोणत्याही औद्योगिक क्षेत्राला राजपत्रातील अधिसूचनेद्वारे " एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " म्हणून अधिसूचित करेल. तद्नंतर अशा एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्रासाठी महामंडळ " विशेेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण " म्हणून महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ च्या कलम ११५ (३) अन्वये काम करेल ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे. गोदाम लॉजिस्टीक प्रा.लि., यांच्या मौजे निमजी, ता. कळमेश्वर, जि. नागपूर येथील ७.४२ हे. आर. क्षेत्राला दिनांक १२ मे २०२४ रोजी संपन्न झालेल्या १५४ व्या उच्चाधिकार समितीची मान्यता मिळाली आहे. त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाने त्यांची अधिसूचना क्रमांक आय.डी.सी. २०२३/प्र.क्र. १३१६/उद्योग-१४, दिनांक ३ जुलै २०२४ अन्वये मौजे निमजी, ता. कळमेश्वर, जि. नागपूर येथील ७.४२ हे. आर. क्षेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून जाहीर केले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे. गोदाम लॉजिस्टीक प्रा.लि., यांनी अर्जान्वये मौजे निमजी, ता. कळमेश्वर, जि. नागपूर येथील अस्तित्वातील अधिसूचित ७.४२ हे. आर. क्षेत्राला एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टीक पार्क मध्ये समाविष्ट करण्याची महामंडळास विनंती केली आहे ;

भाग दोन-----३०--१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, फेब्रुवारी २०, २०२५/फाल्गुन १, शके १९४६ आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाने सूचना क्र. मऔविम/आय.आय.ए.(लॉजिस्टिक पार्क)/पी-१७५०१८/२०२५, दिनांक २० फेब्रवारी २०२५ अन्वये मौजे निमजी, ता. कळमेश्वर, जि. नागपूर येथील ७.४२ हे. आर. इतक्या क्षेत्रासाठी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३-१ ब अंतर्गत ' एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ' म्हणून महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रातील अधिसूचनेद्वारे दिनांक २० फेब्रुवारी २०२५ अन्वये जाहीर केले आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे. गोदाम लॉजिस्टीक प्रा. लि., यांनी ह्यंनी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगक विकास महामंडळाकडे सदरील क्षेत्राचा प्रारूप विकास आराखडा मंजुरीस्तव सादर केला आहे आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ कलम ११५ अन्वये उक्त एकत्रित क्षेत्राचा प्रारूप विकास आराखडा मंजूर करण्याआधी नगारिकांकडून सूचना/हरकती मागविण्याकरिता नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्यागिक विकास महामंडळ उक्त प्रारूप विकास आराखडयाची नोटीस उक्त अधिनियम अन्वये नागरिकांकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागविण्याकरिता महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात सदर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे. उक्त नोटीसीची प्रत व एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्राचा प्रारूप विकास आराखडा हा या नोटीसचा भाग समजण्यात यावा. सदरील नोटीस ही महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या www.midcindia.org. या संकेत स्थळावर उपलब्ध राहील. तसेच नियोजन प्रस्ताव दर्शविणारा प्रारूप विकास आराखडा नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ महाराष्ट्र औद्योगक विकास महामंडळच्या खालील कार्यालयामध्ये कार्यालयीन वेळेत पाहण्यासाठी उपलब्ध राहील.

उक्त प्रारूप विकास आराखडयासंबंधी नागरिकांच्या काही सूचना/हरकती असल्यास त्यांनी ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून १० दिवसांच्या आत मुख्य नियोजक, मऔविम यांच्या कार्यालयात खालील ठिकाणी लेखी स्वरूपात पाठवाव्यात. मुख्य नियोजक, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगक विकास महामंडळ, पाचवा स्थर, उद्योग सारथी, महाकाली गुंफा, मरोळ औद्योगिक वसाहत, अंधेरी (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०९३, विहित मुदतीत आलेल्या हरकती/सूचना विचार करून शासन मान्यतेसाठी सादर करण्यात येईल. विहित मुदतीनंतर प्राप्त होणाया हरकती/सूचनांचा विचार केला जाणार नाही.

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
Whereas, Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy, 2018 has been published by Government in Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No.म.औ.धो.-1961/प्र.क्र. 221/उद्योग-2, दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ (Herein referred as the said Policy) ;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of developing Integrated Logistic Parks on the admeasuring at least 5 Acres (2 Ha) and having minimum 15 MTR wide access, in accordance with the regulation No. 18.5.(A) in revised development control regulation of MIDC approved as per Urban Development, GoM notification No. TPS-1818/UOR/ 13/CR-105/18/UD-13, dated 13th June 2018 ;
And whereas, as per section 43 (1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, that subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may, by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the 'Integrated Industrial Area' and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the 'Special Planning Authority' for such 'Integrated Industrial Area' under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, the High Power Committee in its 154th meeting held on 12th May 2023 has approved the proposal of an Integrated Logistics Park proposed to be developed by, M/s. Godam Logistic Pvt. Ltd in Village Nimji, Tal. Kalmeshwar, Dist. Nagpur. Accordingly, vide its, Notification No. IDC-2023/CR 1316/Ind-14, dated 3rd July 2024 Industries Energy and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared 7.42 Ha. area of Village Nimji, Tal. Kalmeshwar, Dist. Nagpur to be an 'Industrial Area' under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961;
And whereas, vide Notification No. MIDC/IIA(Logistic Park)/P175018/2025, dated 20th February 2025 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation declared 7.42 HR Area at Village Nimji, Tal. Kalmeshwar, Dist. Nagpur to be an 'Integrated Industrial Area' under clause (1B) of sec. 43 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 which is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette on date 20th February 2025 ;
And whereas, M/s. Godam Logistic Pvt. Ltd., made an application requesting Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to approve their proposed Draft Master Plan area admeasuring 7.42 Ha. of notified 'Integrated Industrial Area(Logistic Park)' in Village Nimji, Tal. Kalmeshwar, Dist. Nagpur.
And whereas, as provided in Section 115 read with 40(3)(d) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966, it is necessary to publish the Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions and objections from the citizen ;

The copy of this notice and proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial Area shall form part of this notice. The notice is made available on the website of MIDC i.e www.midcindia.org. The Proposed Draft Master Plan of the Notified Integrated Industrial Area is kept open for citizen's inspection during office hours at the following office:
Chief Planner, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Udyog Sarathi, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri, Mumbai 400 093.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing shall be submitted to the Chief Planner of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Udyog Sarathi, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri, Mumbai 400 093 within the period of 10 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received within stipulated period of 10 days from the date publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
